【摘要】：校园,这一向被认为是少年儿童、青年学生最为安全的生活场所,正遭受到来自诸多方面的影响和侵犯,涉及的范围也越来越广。校园安全,一直是社会关注的焦点,关系到师生的生命和财产安全,涉及到千家万户的幸福,影响着校园的和谐、社会的稳定。保障校园安全是学校管理的首要任务。所以,如何加强中学校园安全管理和完善校园安全管理机制以应对校园各种突发事件成为了一个亟需解决的问题,急需得到社会各界关注和齐力解决。论文运用公共管理理论,采用文献回顾、对比研究、问卷研究法等方法对阳江市中学校园安全管理进行实证研究。文章基本结构采用现状描述、问题分析、实证分析和提出解决意见的思路进行。本文目的在于探寻安全可行的校园安全管理对策,为广大学生的生命安全保驾护航,为阳江市的基础教育发展服务,为社会和谐发展服务。本文主要分为五个部分进行论述:第一部分是绪论,主要论述本文的研究背景和意义,国内外研究现状分析以及本文的研究思路等;第二部分,校园安全管理研究的理论基础,该部分主要是对“校园安全”、“校园安全管理”等概念的界定,并且阐明校园安全管理与公共安全管理的关系。第三部分,主要是对阳江市中学校园安全管理现状进行分析。该部分主要通过对阳江市中学校园安全管理调查问卷进行设计与发放,通过调查问卷的分析,发现阳江市中学校园安全管理存在的问题,并进行原因分析;第四部分,校园安全管理经验与借鉴。第五部分,针对前文分析的问题,提出完善阳江市中学校园安全管理的对策。
[Abstract]:Campus, which has always been regarded as the safest place for children and young students, is being affected and violated from many aspects. Campus security has always been the focus of attention of the society, related to the safety of life and property of teachers and students, the well-being of thousands of families, affect the harmony of the campus, social stability. Ensuring campus safety is the primary task of school management. Therefore, how to strengthen the campus safety management and improve the campus safety management mechanism to deal with all kinds of campus emergencies has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently. This paper uses the theory of public management, literature review, comparative study, questionnaire research and other methods to conduct an empirical study on campus safety management in Yangjiang City. The basic structure of the paper is described by the current situation, problem analysis, empirical analysis and ideas of solving the problem. The purpose of this paper is to explore the safe and feasible management countermeasures of campus safety, to protect the lives of students, to serve the development of basic education in Yangjiang, and to serve the harmonious development of society. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper, domestic and foreign research status analysis and research ideas; The second part is the theoretical basis of campus safety management, which mainly defines the concepts of "campus safety" and "campus safety management", and clarifies the relationship between campus safety management and public safety management. The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of campus safety management in Yangjiang City. This part mainly through the design and distribution of the questionnaire on the safety management of the middle school campus in Yangjiang, through the analysis of the questionnaire, find out the problems existing in the safety management of the middle school campus in Yangjiang, and analyze the reasons; The fourth part, campus safety management experience and reference. The fifth part, in view of the above analysis question, proposed consummates Yangjiang middle school campus safety management countermeasure.
