对泰汉语饮食类词汇教学研究

【摘要】：近几年来,对外汉语教学的发展趋势迅猛,词汇教学作为汉语课堂上不可或缺的部分,与之相关的研究也日渐增多,比较突出的是对其教学方法的研究,出现了以某类词汇的教学探索为突破口进而研究整个汉语词汇教学的方法,如对颜色类词汇教学的研究,对数字类词汇教学的研究等,其中也包括了对饮食类词汇的研究。在为数不多的相关饮食类词汇的研究中,研究者比较偏向于对课堂教学内容的研究,即“教什么”,而对于“怎么教”这个问题回答比较少。在本文中,笔者将这两个问题结合起来,结合自身在泰国的教学经历,根据饮食类词汇的特点及汉语水平在初级阶段的泰国学生的学习情况,以《博雅汉语初级起步篇》中的部分饮食类词汇为教学资源,着重对其教学方法进行研究设计,以期帮助学生提高词汇学习效率,形成自己的汉语词汇学习模式。本文主要分为四个章节。第一个章节为绪论,主要介绍了本文的选题意义、相关的研究现状、本文的研究思路和方法以及研究范围和研究对象。第二个章节主要是对饮食类词汇教学的研究概述。通过对饮食类词汇特点的归纳,以及对饮食类词汇与对外汉语教学和中华饮食文化的关系阐述,指出了饮食类词汇在对外汉语词汇教学实践中的可行性。第三章节是本文的主体部分,笔者以泰国素攀府甘扎娜披瑟皇家学校(Kanchanapisek Wittayalai School)的初一学生为教学对象,针对这些汉语水平在初级阶段的泰国学生,进行了专门的饮食类词汇教学模块设计,以教学方法的设计安排为主要方向,并根据笔者对饮食类词汇的划分,列举了三类词汇(名词性词汇、动词性词汇、形容词性词汇)的具体教案设计。第四个章节是笔者对教学设计部分的总结,提到了教学设计部分的特色和不足之处,并根据自己的教学经验和研究过程,提出了有关饮食词汇教学的几点建议。最后为结语,主要是对本文研究的总结概括,说明了本文存在的不足以及提出下一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development trend of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is swift and violent. Vocabulary teaching is an indispensable part of Chinese class. There are some methods to study the whole Chinese vocabulary teaching, such as the study of color vocabulary teaching, the study of digital vocabulary teaching and so on, including the study of diet vocabulary. In the few studies on diet vocabulary, the researchers tend to study the classroom teaching content, that is, "what to teach", but the answer to the question of "how to teach" is less. In this paper, the author combines these two questions together, combining with his own teaching experience in Thailand, according to the characteristics of diet vocabulary and the learning situation of Thai students at the primary stage of their Chinese proficiency. Based on the teaching resources of some diet vocabulary in Boya Chinese Primary starter, this paper focuses on the research and design of its teaching methods in order to help students improve their vocabulary learning efficiency and form their own Chinese vocabulary learning model. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the significance of the topic, the current research situation, the research ideas and methods, the research scope and the research object. The second chapter is a summary of the study of diet vocabulary teaching. This paper summarizes the characteristics of diet vocabulary, expounds the relationship between diet vocabulary and teaching Chinese as a foreign language and Chinese diet culture, and points out the feasibility of diet vocabulary in the practice of teaching Chinese vocabulary as a foreign language. The third chapter is the main part of this paper. The author takes the first grade students of the Royal School of Ganzanapisor, Thailand, as the teaching object, aiming at the Thai students whose Chinese proficiency is in the initial stage. This paper designs a special teaching module of diet vocabulary, taking the design of teaching method as the main direction, and according to the author's classification of diet vocabulary, lists three kinds of vocabulary (noun vocabulary, verb vocabulary, etc.) The concrete teaching plan design of adjective vocabulary. The fourth chapter is the author's summary of the part of teaching design, mentioned the characteristics and shortcomings of the part of teaching design, and according to their own teaching experience and research process, put forward some suggestions on the teaching of diet vocabulary. The last part is the conclusion, which summarizes the research in this paper, explains the shortcomings of this paper and puts forward the next research direction.
