中学教师冷暴力研究
[Abstract]:Teachers are not only doing education, but also teaching, using life to affect life. In recent years, the phenomenon of teachers being cold and violent towards students has become more and more common. Almost all the people who have experienced the student era have more or less experienced the experience of being treated with cold and violent treatment by teachers. Cold violence by teachers is a kind of behavior that teachers treat students with indifference or neglect intentionally, so as to achieve the goal of punishing students. This kind of harm is mainly focused on students' hearts and minds. The destruction of personality and belief is characterized by a long time and concealment. This phenomenon not only reflects the disharmony of the relationship between teachers and students, but also reflects the drawbacks of our current education system. National laws and schools have traditionally advocated the protection of students mainly in terms of physical health. However, the mental health of students is often neglected. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, the main problem is put forward and the thinking of analysis. This paper tries to form a new breakthrough in the research of teachers' cold violence and improve the effectiveness and novelty of the research. The ultimate purpose is to lay the groundwork for teachers' cold violence. The second part introduces the types and harm of teachers'cold violence. Firstly, it defines the concepts of cold violence and teachers' cold violence; then classifies teachers' cold violence; through the methods of literature and observation to understand the current situation of teachers' cold violence against students in the process of education. Secondly, through concrete examples in reality, these examples are all real. They can effectively demonstrate the harm caused by teachers' cold violence to the students' political thinking, study, and psychology. To provide reliable practical and theoretical basis for subsequent research. The third part also finds out the causes of teachers' cold violence, and there are many reasons leading to teachers' cold violence. The reasons are mainly analyzed from the macro aspects, including teachers, students, schools, families, society and so on. Only by controlling the causes of teachers' cold violence from macro perspective can we provide guarantee for eliminating cold violence. The fourth part is the strategy analysis of preventing and defusing teachers' cold violence. The strategy analysis is relative to the reasons. It also mainly provides the countermeasures from the macro aspect, from teachers, students, schools, families, society and so on as the breakthrough point. Cooperate with each other in many aspects to resolve the teachers'cold violence crisis. The fifth part puts forward the summary and prospect, emphasizes again the harm of teachers' cold violence to the school production, and puts forward the urgency of solving the problem, through the current situation and harm of teachers' cold violence, the reasons and the solution strategy and so on. Put forward a high expectation of conclusion. In a word, through the harm and analysis of cold violence to ideological and political education, this paper systematically and comprehensively analyzes the problem of teachers' cold violence in middle school education and the solving strategies. Then it extends to the field of interest to ideological and political education. The ultimate purpose is to maximize the rights and interests of students and ensure the smooth development of ideological and political education.
