高中历史学科初任教师专业能力提升探究

【摘要】:教师专业能力,是指教师从事某一专业的教学工作所具备的基本能力,是相对于教师综合能力而言的专门性业务能力。它是教师实现自我专业发展的重要基础,也是直接制约和影响其教育教学效果、质量和水平提升的关键因素。因此,教师在注重自身综合能力提高的同时,更不能忽视专业能力的提升,尤其是刚刚从事教师职业的初任教师,尽快提升专业能力是其面临的最紧迫任务。高中历史教师应具备的专业能力主要包含历史思维能力、教学实践能力以及自我发展能力,三者均为教师专业发展不可或缺的部分。一位优秀的高中历史教师具备较完善的基础知识的同时,也必须具备系统的历史专业知识和史学思维能力;在教学实践中,还必须在短时间内迅速提高教学设计、教学安排、教学组织、课堂管理、教学评价、教学反思以及教育科研能力;为了使自己有不断提升的空间,更应该具备较强的自我学习、自我情感疏导、自我职业规划与调整等能力。高中历史学科初任教师同其他初任教师一样,均处于教学生涯的入门阶段,虽然此前已经具备一定的专业知识基础和专业能力,但距离一名合格或优秀教师的要求还有相当大的差距,对此要有充分认知。初任教师的知识与能力多偏于理论性而缺乏实践性,在教学工作中经常面临一系列的困难与挑战,往往缺乏角色认同感,自我发展的主动性多有不足,这些都严重制约着专业能力的提升。探究初任教师专业能力提升问题,应注意以下方面,即以史家的品德作为自身修养的目标;以生命化教学理念建构历史学科教学模式;准确把握高中历史教学的深度和广度;熟练解决教学中的预设性和生成性问题;善于自我教学反思;具有科研意识和科研能力。快速提升初任教师的专业能力并给予教师恰当的关心与指导,是学校及教育主管部门的重要工作内容,是师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,其意义也是十分重大的。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional competence refers to the basic competence of teachers engaged in the teaching work of a certain profession, and the specialized professional ability relative to the comprehensive ability of teachers. It is not only the important foundation for teachers to realize their own professional development, but also the key factor that directly restricts and influences their teaching effect, quality and level. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the improvement of their own comprehensive ability, and at the same time, they can not ignore the promotion of professional ability, especially the new teachers who have just engaged in the profession of teachers. It is the most urgent task for teachers to improve their professional ability as soon as possible. The professional ability of senior high school history teachers should mainly include historical thinking ability, teaching practice ability and self-development ability, all of which are indispensable parts of teachers' professional development. While an excellent senior high school history teacher has more perfect basic knowledge, he must also have systematic history professional knowledge and historical thinking ability. In teaching practice, we must improve teaching design, teaching arrangement, teaching organization, classroom management, teaching evaluation, teaching reflection and educational research ability in a short time. In order to improve their own space, they should have the ability of self-learning, self-emotional guidance, self-career planning and adjustment and so on. Junior high school history teachers, like other new teachers, are in the introductory stage of their teaching careers, although they already have a certain foundation of professional knowledge and professional competence. But there is still a considerable gap between the requirements of a qualified or a good teacher, this should be fully recognized. The knowledge and ability of the new teachers tend to be theoretical and lack of practicality. They often face a series of difficulties and challenges in teaching work, often lack the identity of their roles, and lack the initiative of self-development. These all seriously restrict the enhancement of professional ability. To explore how to improve the professional ability of new teachers, we should pay attention to the following aspects: take the moral character of historians as the goal of self-cultivation, construct the teaching mode of history subject with the concept of life teaching, grasp accurately the depth and breadth of history teaching in senior high school; Proficient in solving presupposition and generative problems in teaching; be good at self-reflection in teaching; have scientific research consciousness and ability. It is an important work content of school and education department to improve the professional ability of the new teachers and give them proper care and guidance. It is an important part of the construction of the teaching staff, and its significance is also very important.
