新成立中学教师远程研修现状调查研究

【摘要】:时代发展日新月异,远程研修作为促进教师发展的突破口被给予厚望,其省时、省力、充满时代感的特征引领了教师培训方式的巨大革新。然而,远程研修的不足之处也随着大范围施行而显现出来。新成立中学建校时间短,教师年轻化,新手多,学历高,随之对教师培训的需求更高,对远程研修过程反应的问题也更加突出,直接。研究者在已有网络学习模型基础上,结合实际,编制"中学教师远程研修调查问卷"。选择两所新成立中学:北京师范大学北海附属中学和七台河市第一中学的教师为调查对象,通过问卷法和访谈法相结合的方式进行统计和分析,旨在发现新成立中学教师在远程研修过程中投入度,完成度如何,是否对现有远程研修系统感到满意,又是如何评价校方对远程研修的重视程度的。在发现问题的基础上,明确管理者、平台设计者和教师应充当的角色,并提出合理的建议。通过调查数据的汇总分析,总结出目前新成立中学教师远程研修的情况:地域不同,对远程研修需求程度不同;更需要实用性研修内容;对远程研修多持观望怀疑态度;在人口学差异分析上,新成立中学教师对远程研修态度基本一致。存在的问题:组织管理层面上,学校管理形式化;远程研修平台开发层面上,设计者与使用者脱离;教师个人层面上,研修过程形式化。最后基于存在的问题提出相应的建议:组织管理层面上,"化堵为疏",奖励合理化,提高教师的积极性,阶段性研修和持续性研修内容、形式区分;远程研修平台开发层面上,多提供"模仿型"课程,使备课和研修内容相结合,研修内容、研修方式等听取各方意见,并重视教师远程研修过程中数据的挖掘;教师个人层面,应合理安排时间,将研修、上班、备课三者统一起来,转变观念,积极参与远程平台建设。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the times, distance training as a breakthrough to promote the development of teachers is given great hope, its time-saving, labor-saving, full of the characteristics of the times led to the great innovation of teacher training methods. However, the inadequacies of distance study also appear with the wide range of implementation. The newly established middle school has a short time to set up, a younger teacher, more novices and higher academic qualifications, so the demand for teacher training is higher, and the problem of responding to the process of distance study is more prominent and direct. On the basis of the existing network learning model and the practice, the researcher compiled the questionnaire for distance study of Middle School Teachers. Two newly established middle schools, Beihai affiliated Middle School of Beijing normal University and No. 1 Middle School of Qitaihe City, were selected as the subjects of the survey. The purpose of this paper is to find out whether the newly established middle school teachers are satisfied with the existing distance learning system and how to evaluate the degree of attention paid by the school to the distance study. On the basis of finding problems, the roles of managers, platform designers and teachers are defined, and reasonable suggestions are put forward. Through collecting and analyzing the investigation data, the paper summarizes the situation of distance study for newly established middle school teachers: different regions, different demand for distance study, more practical content, more wait-and-see skepticism about distance study; In demography difference analysis, the newly established middle school teachers' attitude towards distance study is basically the same. The existing problems are: organizational management, formalization of school management; development of remote research platform, separation of designer and user; formalization of research process at individual level of teachers. Finally, based on the existing problems, the corresponding suggestions are put forward: from the organizational management level, "block to sparse", reward rationalization, improve the enthusiasm of teachers, the content of periodic and continuous study, form distinction; On the development level of the remote research platform, the "imitation" course is provided, so that the contents of preparation and study are combined, and the opinions of all parties are listened to, and the data mining in the process of distance study of teachers is paid more attention to; Teachers should arrange their time reasonably, unify their study, work and lesson preparation, change their ideas and take an active part in the construction of remote platform.
