我国农村中学德育的现状及对策研究

【摘要】:目前,我国正处于社会主义市场经济转型的重要时期,价值相对主义、享乐主义思潮和去道德化等现象严重冲击着社会主义精神文明建设。新时代农村中学生在价值观念、行为准则、生活方式等方面发生了较大的变化,随着现代社会文明程度不断提高,农村中学生的德行却在走向滑坡,这已成为精神文明建设的深深隐忧,对社会主义新农村建设产生不良影响。德育是学校实施素质教育的重要组成部分,是中学教育的重要环节,如何加强中学德育是改进青少年思想道德建设的基本途径。当前一些农村中学淡化德育工作,存在片面追求升学率现象,没有真正把德育落实到首位。据此,笔者结合在农村多年的生活经历,并通过调查部分农村中学和访谈部分德育工作领导、班主任和学科老师,进一步增进了对农村中学德育现状的了解,农村中学德育存在问题及其原因进行了分析,并从学校、家庭、社会三个层面提出了破解农村德育不良现状的对策。本论文包括导论和正文三个部分:导论部分简要介绍了本文选题的初衷及缘由,阐明了选题的意义,在查阅大量文献的基础上,对国内外研究现状进行了系统的梳理,总结了学界对学校德育问题达成的共识,从而为本文研究和写作奠定了基础,提供了智慧的火花。正文第一部分是关于我国农村中学德育现状的调查及分析。通过问卷和访谈调查进一步了解我国农村中学德育的现状,通过分析进一步了解我国农村中学德育的现状。第二部分是关于我国农村中学德育存在的问题之归因分析。在了解当前农村中学德育现状的基础上,发现了农村中学德育存在的问题,为此从学校、家庭、社会三个层面探索,分析了学校德育工作存在缺失,家庭教育缺位,社会环境的消极影响,从而导致农村中学德育效果不佳,中学生思想道德素质下滑。第三部是关于改进我国农村中学德育问题的策略探讨。在分析了问题之“病因”所在的基础上再开“药方”,分别从学校、学校、家庭、社会三个层面探讨了解决农村中学德育存在的问题的策略,通过改进学校德育工作,改善家庭教育状况,优化社会德育环境,构建起学校、家庭、社会相结合的德育网络体系,以期改观农村中学德育的现状,提高德育的实效性及中学生的思想道德素质。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the important period of the transformation of socialist market economy. The phenomena of value relativism, hedonism and demoralization seriously impinge on the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Great changes have taken place in the values, codes of conduct and lifestyle of rural middle school students in the new era. With the continuous improvement of civilization in modern society, the morality of middle school students in rural areas is on the decline. This has become a deep worry about the construction of spiritual civilization and has a negative impact on the construction of a new socialist countryside. Moral education is an important part of quality education in schools and an important link in middle school education. How to strengthen moral education in middle schools is the basic way to improve the ideological and moral construction of teenagers. At present, some rural middle schools desalinate the moral education work, there is a phenomenon of one-sided pursuit of the transition rate, and the moral education has not really been put into the first place. Based on this, the author combines the life experience in rural areas for many years, and through the investigation of some rural middle schools and interviews with some moral education leaders, class teachers and subject teachers, further improve the understanding of the current situation of moral education in rural middle schools. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of moral education in rural middle schools, and puts forward countermeasures to solve the bad situation of moral education in rural areas from three aspects: school, family and society. This paper includes three parts: the introduction part briefly introduces the original intention and reason of this topic, clarifies the significance of the topic, on the basis of consulting a large number of documents, it systematically combs the current research situation at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the consensus on moral education in schools, which lays a foundation for the study and writing of this paper and provides a spark of wisdom. The first part of the text is about the investigation and analysis of the present situation of moral education in rural middle schools. The present situation of moral education in rural middle schools in our country is further understood through questionnaire and interview investigation, and the present situation of moral education in middle schools in rural areas is further understood through analysis. The second part is about our country countryside middle school moral education existence question attribution analysis. On the basis of understanding the present situation of moral education in rural middle schools, this paper finds out the existing problems of moral education in rural middle schools, and analyzes the absence of school moral education and family education from three aspects of school, family and society. The negative influence of social environment leads to poor moral education effect in rural middle schools and a decline in the ideological and moral quality of middle school students. The third part is about improving our country countryside middle school moral education question strategy discussion. On the basis of analyzing the cause of the problem, the author gives the prescription again, and probes into the strategies to solve the problems existing in the moral education in rural middle schools from the three aspects of school, family and society, and improves the work of school moral education. In order to improve the current situation of moral education in rural middle schools, improve the effectiveness of moral education and improve the ideological and moral quality of middle school students, we should improve the situation of family education, optimize the environment of social moral education, and construct a network system of moral education which combines school, family and society.
