肖家芸语文教学观及其教学实践研究

【摘要】:新一轮课程改革对教师、学生、教学方式等都提出了具体的要求,但随着新课改不断地深入发展,中学语文教学仍然存在着现实的教学问题,如“满堂灌”“一言堂”的现象仍然存在;学生的主体性与实践性没有得到充分体现;教师的教学方式没有得到根本转变;语文教学难以实现优质性、高效性等。而肖家芸的语文教学观及其教学实践正好能够适应新课改背景下中学语文教学发展的根本需求,能够为解决中学语文教学问题提供根本性的思考方向,因此,本论文将深入探究肖家芸的语文教学观及其教学实践,以期对一线教师有所启发,对当下的中学语文教学有所补益。本论文是对肖家芸语文教学观及其教学实践进行的个案研究,因此本论文主要通过对有关肖家芸的著作、学术论文、课堂教学实录、博客等进行仔细研读分析,从中挖掘出肖家芸的名师成长历程,并探究肖家芸语文教学观的核心内容、理论基础以及特征。在理论研究的基础上,再对肖家芸的教学实践进行剖析,总结出肖家芸有效的教学实践策略,并结合自身的教学尝试,进一步深化对肖家芸教学实践的理解,反思肖家芸教学方式的局限性。最后,分析总结出肖家芸语文教学观及其教学实践对中学语文教学和语文教师的启示。
[Abstract]:The new round of curriculum reform has put forward specific requirements for teachers, students and teaching methods. However, with the further development of the new curriculum reform, there are still practical teaching problems in Chinese teaching in middle schools. For example, the phenomenon of "full house irrigation" and "arbitrariness" still exists; Students' subjectivity and practicality have not been fully reflected; teachers' teaching methods have not been fundamentally changed; Chinese teaching is difficult to achieve high quality and high efficiency. Xiao Jiayuan's Chinese teaching concept and its teaching practice can meet the basic needs of the development of Chinese teaching in middle schools under the background of the new curriculum reform, and can provide a fundamental direction of thinking for solving the problems of Chinese teaching in middle schools. This paper will deeply explore Xiao Jiayun's Chinese teaching concept and teaching practice, in order to enlighten the front-line teachers and help the current Chinese teaching in middle schools. This paper is a case study of Xiao Jiayun's Chinese teaching concept and its teaching practice. Therefore, this paper is mainly through careful study and analysis of Xiao Jiayun's works, academic papers, classroom teaching records, blogs, etc. It also explores the core content, theoretical basis and characteristics of Xiao Jiayun's Chinese teaching concept. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper analyzes Xiao Jiayuan's teaching practice, summarizes Xiao Jiayuan's effective teaching practice strategy, and combines with his own teaching attempt to further deepen the understanding of Xiao Jiayuan's teaching practice. Reflection on the limitations of Xiao Jiayun's teaching method. Finally, the author analyzes and summarizes the enlightenment of Xiao Jiayun's Chinese teaching concept and its teaching practice to middle school Chinese teaching and Chinese teachers.
