高中生公民道德教育问题与对策研究

【摘要】：改革开放已近四十载,中国跃居为全球第二大经济体,生产力得到飞速的发展,物质也得到空前的丰富,可以说改革开放取得的成就辉煌灼目,世界为之震惊。另一方面,人们的道德意识并没随着物质文明的发展而得到极大的提高。古人有云“世间万物,由小及大”、“千里之行,始于足下”,这些道理都告诉我们,高中阶段实施公民道德教育无疑对公民道德素养的习成有很大的帮助。公民道德建设等同于国家灵魂的建设,公民道德教育是实现这一工程的重要手段,特别是其倡导基本道德规范,是现代公民社会必备的公民素养,对中国的现代化进程具有重要的意义。笔者在前人研究的基础上,对公民道德教育,特别是针对高中生群体提出了自己的看法,具体内容如下:第一部分交代了本文研究的背景及意义,梳理了关于公民道德教育问题研究的成果,界定了本文写作的相关核心概念,以及在此基础之上整理的研究思路、运用的研究方法,力求有创新之处。第二部分介绍了公民道德教育的指导思想以及公民道德基本规范,主要探讨了其应然情况。第三部分通过分发问卷给相关教师及学生,了解当前高中生公民道德教育现状,把握当前高中生群体实然情况,整理第一手的调查资料,剖析当前高中生公民道德教育成效、存在的问题以及缘由。第四部分针对调研呈现出的问题,结合前文分析的情况,思考如何解决当前高中生公民道德教育面临的困境。
[Abstract]:After nearly 40 years of reform and opening-up, China has become the second largest economy in the world, with the rapid development of productive forces and the unprecedented enrichment of materials. It can be said that the achievements of reform and opening-up are brilliant and dazzling, and the world is shocked. On the other hand, people's moral consciousness has not been greatly improved with the development of material civilization. The ancients have the cloud "everything in the world, small and big", "a long journey, starting from a small step", all of these principles tell us that the implementation of civic moral education in high school undoubtedly has a great help in the practice of civic moral accomplishment. Civic moral construction is equivalent to the construction of the soul of the country. Civic moral education is an important means to realize this project, especially its advocacy of basic moral norms, which is a necessary civic accomplishment in modern civil society. It is of great significance to China's modernization process. On the basis of previous studies, the author puts forward his own views on civic moral education, especially for senior high school students. The specific contents are as follows: the first part explains the background and significance of this study. This paper combs the achievements of the research on civic moral education, defines the relevant core concepts of this article, and on this basis, sorts out the research ideas and uses the research methods, so as to make great efforts to have some innovations. The second part introduces the guiding ideology of civic moral education and the basic norms of civic morality. The third part through the distribution questionnaire to the relevant teachers and students, to understand the current situation of civic moral education in senior high school students, grasp the actual situation of the current high school students, sorting out the first-hand investigation materials, analyze the effectiveness of civic moral education in senior high school students. Existing problems and reasons. The fourth part is about how to solve the dilemma of citizen moral education in senior high school students according to the problems presented by the investigation and the situation analyzed above.
