初中英语教师对教材中德育素材的利用问题研究

【摘要】:在学校学科教学中渗透德育,是各学科教学的一项重要任务;把德育蕴含于各学科教学中,达到“润物细无声”的教育效果,是解决学校德育实效性差的一个重要手段。利用英语教材中的德育素材进行德育渗透具有可行性和必要性。通过本调查和研究,为英语学科德育渗透、教学的教育性研究、学校德育实效性研究提供一些参考。统计分析所得结果和建议,为初中英语教学中如何更好地利用德育素材实施德育提供参考。本研究从英语学科德育入手,论证了利用英语教材中德育素材的可行性和必要性。采用问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法调查初中英语教师利用教材中德育素材进行德育渗透的相关问题,包括“初中英语教师的学科德育渗透意识、对教材中德育素材的识别状况、使用拓展情况、外部支持状况”四个维度。用SPSS21.0对问卷结果进行数据分析,结合访谈及观察结果。研究结果显示:1.初中英语教师对英语学科德育渗透比较认同,但是存在空有口号,缺乏有效实施的问题。2.初中英语教师尚未能完全识别出教材中的德育素材,对教材中德育素材使用及拓展状况不是很理想。3.城镇教师使用及拓展教材中德育素材的状况要好于农村教师;担任班主任的教师使用及拓展教材中德育素材的状况要好于不担任班主任的教师;处于“入职期”的教师不如其他阶段教师使用及拓展教材中德育素材的状况。4.学校等相关教育部门对于教师德育渗透的支持力度不够。69.6%的教师认为当前教师评价体系不利于教师进行德育渗透。注重智育是现在学校普遍存在的问题。5.“英语考试不考”“没有相关培训,不太了解德育渗透”、“对于英语学科德育渗透不重视”、“对于德育素材利用问题自我关注不够”、“教学目标中没有明确规定德育目标”。这些因素制约了初中英语教师充分利用教材中的德育素材进行德育。通过对结果的分析,本研究者从教师自身方面、学校方面、教育行政管理部门方面、教材编写组方面、学生家长方面提出以下比较有针对性的建议:1.初中英语教师要提高德育意识,树立德育为首的教育观;要加强德育知识、德育渗透理论的学习;要善于挖掘教材中德育素材,灵活教学方法,捕捉德育时机;应树立正确的价值观;把握英语学科德育渗透原则;拓展使用德育素材的方法途径。2.学校方面对于英语学科教学要有明确的德育目标要求,组织监督教研室或备课组发挥作用,并积极组织教师进行相关培训。3.教育行政管理部门应改善教师评价体系,建立科学、合理的促进教师进行德育渗透的评价体系;完善教师培养体系,加强对于教师德育能力的培养与考察。4.教材编写者应完善教材中德育内容。5.学生家长要加强与学校的沟通,建立科学的成才观,关注孩子的品德发展。
[Abstract]:It is an important task of each discipline teaching to infiltrate moral education in the school discipline teaching, and it is an important means to solve the problem that moral education is contained in each subject teaching to achieve the educational effect of "nourishing all things quietly and silent", and it is an important means to solve the problem of the poor effectiveness of school moral education. It is feasible and necessary to make use of moral education materials in English teaching materials to infiltrate moral education. Through this investigation and research, this paper provides some references for the penetration of English subject moral education, the educational study of teaching, and the research on the effectiveness of school moral education. Statistical analysis of the results and suggestions for junior middle school English teaching how to make better use of moral education materials to implement moral education to provide a reference. This study starts with moral education in English discipline, and demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of using moral education material in English teaching materials. By means of questionnaire, interview and observation, this paper investigates the problems related to the infiltration of moral education by junior middle school English teachers using moral education materials in teaching materials, including: "the consciousness of subject moral education penetration of junior middle school English teachers, and the identification of moral education materials in teaching materials." Use expansion, external support status "four dimensions." The data of the questionnaire were analyzed with SPSS21.0, and the results of interview and observation were combined. The results of the study show that: 1. Junior middle school English teachers are in agreement with the penetration of moral education in English discipline, but there are empty slogans and lack of effective implementation. 2. Junior middle school English teachers have not been able to fully identify the moral material in the teaching material, and it is not ideal for the use and expansion of the moral material in the teaching material. 3. It is better for urban teachers to use and expand the material of moral education than that of rural teachers, to use and expand the material of moral education in teaching materials of teachers in charge of classes is better than that of teachers who do not work as class teachers. Teachers in the "entry period" are not as good as teachers in other stages in using and expanding moral education materials in teaching materials. 4. Schools and other relevant education departments have not enough support for teachers' moral education penetration. 69.6% of teachers believe that the current teacher evaluation system is not conducive to teachers' moral education penetration. Paying attention to intellectual education is a common problem in schools nowadays. 5. "the English examination does not take the exam" does not have the relevant training, does not understand the moral education infiltration very much "," does not attach importance to the English discipline moral education infiltration "," regarding the moral education material utilization question self-concern not enough ", The goal of moral education is not clearly defined in the teaching objectives. These factors restrict the junior middle school English teachers to make full use of the moral education materials in the teaching materials for moral education. Through the analysis of the results, the researcher puts forward the following targeted suggestions from the aspects of teachers themselves, schools, educational administration departments, teaching materials compilation groups, and parents of students: 1. Junior middle school English teachers should improve moral education consciousness, set up moral education-led education view, strengthen moral education knowledge, study moral education infiltration theory, be good at excavating moral education materials in teaching materials, flexible teaching methods, and catch the opportunity of moral education. We should set up correct values, grasp the infiltration principle of moral education in English discipline, and expand the methods of using moral material. 2. Schools should have clear moral education objectives for English teaching, organize supervision of teaching and research departments or lesson preparation groups to play a role, and actively organize teachers to carry out relevant training. 3. The administrative department of education should improve the evaluation system of teachers, establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to promote teachers' moral education infiltration, perfect the teacher training system, and strengthen the cultivation and investigation of teachers' moral education ability. 4. Textbook writers should improve the content of moral education in textbooks. 5. Parents should strengthen the communication with the school, establish a scientific outlook on talent, and pay attention to their children's moral development.
