延安地区高中生化学学习动机、影响因素及策略的分析

【摘要】:在当前经济全球化的大背景下,世界各国为适应新时代对人才的新要求,相继开展教育文化改革。我们国家也不例外,为了在全世界不再落后,也为了提高全民素质,适应时代的发展,在2001年提出对基础教育进行新一轮的改革,在学习方式改革方面,提出改变一味注重与教材结论一致的知识的获取而忽略主动获取知识的过程,提倡主动探索知识的过程。而学生是否能够主动去学习与该同学的动机息息相关,所以研究如何提高学生的学习动机对于当今的教育是非常重要的。化学发展史中出现了许多令人欣喜的发现与创造,还有很多有关物质的变化吸引着人们的目光,这无疑会激励着人们去喜欢化学、学习化学、探索化学。为了使高中学生自发的去学习化学,研究高中生学习化学的动机变得越来越重要。化学学习动机能够直接作用于中学生,对他们的学习有着激活、指向以及强化的重要作用。作者从化学学习动机出发,结合中学生的生理和心理发展的特殊性以及化学学科特点,我们提出以下几种策略,来更加有效的提高中学生的化学成绩:(1)保持高一新生的化学学习动机强度;(2)加强对女生对化学学习动机的培养;(3)提高化学学困生的学习动机;(4)使学生树立正确的化学价值观;(5)构建良好的师生关系。本论文由五个部分组成:第一章:引言部分主要阐述了该课题提出的背景、研究的意义以及对国内外现状的分析。第二章:研究理论基础,对课题中的关键概念的解释,从“动机”“学习动机”的角度进行概念界定,阐述学习动机的分类,课题研究的理论基础以及研究的主要内容和涉及到的方法。第三章:实践调查研究,本文按照延安地区的具体情况,编制了有关的调查问卷,分析得出相应的调查结果。第四章:根据调查结果的分析,提出客观可行的的教学策略。第五章:研究结论及反思部分。总结本研究的最终成果,通过本研究希望能给予老师和同学有价值的参考。进行自我反思,找出在本研究过程中客观存在的一些问题以及后续仍需做出的努力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the current economic globalization, countries all over the world have carried out educational and cultural reforms in order to meet the new demands of talents in the new era. Our country is no exception. In order not to lag behind in the world, but also to improve the quality of the whole people and adapt to the development of the times, in 2001, we proposed a new round of reform of basic education and the reform of the way of learning. This paper proposes to change the process of paying attention to the acquisition of knowledge consistent with the conclusion of textbooks and neglecting the process of active acquisition of knowledge and advocating the process of active exploration of knowledge. Therefore, it is very important to study how to improve students' motivation for today's education. There are many delightful discoveries and creations in the history of chemical development, and many changes in related substances are attracting people's attention, which will undoubtedly inspire people to like chemistry, learn chemistry, and explore chemistry. In order to make high school students study chemistry spontaneously, it is more and more important to study the motivation of high school students to study chemistry. Chemistry learning motivation can play a direct role in middle school students, and plays an important role in activating, pointing and strengthening their learning. Starting from the motivation of chemistry learning, combining the particularity of the physiological and psychological development of middle school students and the characteristics of chemistry, the author puts forward the following strategies. In order to improve the chemistry achievement of middle school students more effectively: (1) keep the chemistry learning motivation intensity of freshmen in high school; (2) to strengthen the cultivation of girls' motivation for chemistry learning; (3) to improve the motivation of students with chemistry difficulties; (4) to make students establish correct chemical values; (5) to construct a good relationship between teachers and students. This paper consists of five parts: chapter one: the introduction mainly describes the background of the subject, the significance of the research and the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad. Chapter two: study the theoretical basis, explain the key concepts in the subject, define the concept from the point of view of "motivation" and "learning motivation", and expound the classification of learning motivation. The theoretical basis, the main contents and the methods involved in the research. The third chapter: practical investigation and research, according to the specific situation of Yan'an area, compiled the relevant questionnaire, analyzed and obtained the corresponding survey results. Chapter IV: according to the analysis of the survey results, put forward objective and feasible teaching strategies. Chapter five: research conclusion and reflection part. Summarizing the final results of this study, we hope to give valuable reference to teachers and classmates. Self-reflection to identify some of the objective problems in the process of this study and follow-up efforts still need to be made.
