基于生本理念的初中语文有效教学研究

【摘要】:随着语文新课程改革的提出,语文课堂教学原来枯燥、沉闷的氛围已不适应新时代的要求,有活力的语文课堂才是符合学生成长发展的课堂。然而,大部分一线教师还是沿用着以前的教学方式,以至于耗费了很多时间,很多精力来进行阅读教学,最终的成效却并不显著,教师和学生都将阅读视为一大难题。新课程改革地提出让背负太多的教师们看到了出路,希望为课堂注入新的活力,语文阅读教学是整个初中阶段语文教学中难度最大的一个部分,相比于语文其他环节的教学,需要耗费大量的时间,才能收获一两个成果。生本教育理念下的阅读教学要求教师改变原有的教学观念,用课前自主学习,课内合作探究的学习方式,明确了阅读教学的目标为学生的成长发展,生本教育理念的初中语文阅读教学即是“一切以学生为中心”的教学,明确了教学目标的阅读教学才能更有效,这一研究课题对生本教育提高初中语文阅读教学有效性的研究很有价值。本人重点研究基于生本教育理念的初中语文阅读教学有效性。我将结合所知的生本教育理念,自己的教学实践经验,学校提供的观摩学习机会,采用文献分析法、观察法等,对运用生本教育理念提高初中语文阅读教学有效性进行研究,希望能为提高初中语文阅读教学有效性提供对策,让身处薄弱学校的学生也体会到学习语文阅读的乐趣,为实现新课程改革和真正促进学生发展有所贡献。本文第一部分研究生本教育的内涵,生本教育的基本理念体现了对学生的尊重,教师的教师为了学生的学,促进学生发展,教育的目的是为了学生的成长发展而不是短期或者期末测评的成绩,尊重学生的个性,给学生以耐心,留给学生成长发展的空间和时间,教师不能代替学生学习,所以要设计好为学生的教育。第二部分研究初中语文生本阅读教学分析,强调前置作业的重要性,提出如何设置前置作业,为教学做好准备。论述小组合作学习的优势,使学生互助提高。教师在教学中主要利用课本教给学生简单的基础知识或者思考方向,然后留出大量的时间和精力给学生进行大量的阅读活动,逐步实现大语文教学。第三部分研究基于生本教育理念在初中语文阅读教学中存在的问题,由于语文阅读教学不同于其他学科的教学,因此在教学实践中遇到了许多的问题,而正确处理这些问题,是语文阅读课堂有效性的关键所在。这一部分主要论述了教学实际中存在的问题及分析这些问题形成的原因。第四部分是基于生本理念的初中语文有效教学的建议,给教师的建议是要及时更新观念,虽然以往的教学模式有不错的成效,但生本教育的理念更适应学生的长久发展;用生本教育的理念引起学生的学习兴趣,只有学生自己产生了学习的动力,才能更有效地进行语文阅读教学;对于学生的评价方式不能再是单一的,而应该是多元的,如今的学生生活条件较好,物质极大丰富,教师要回通过各种方式奖励学生,激起学生的学习热情。给学生的建议是需要养成自主学习的能力,现在的学生受到的诱惑实在太多,必须静下心来学会自主学习,否则只有教师和家长在催促,学生自己不努力是达不到效果的;小组合作时需要每个学生的参与,学生自己主动或者由小组同学帮助组织,让每个学生都能在课堂中得到学习;前置性作业不同于以往的预习作业,要让学生重视前置性作业的完成,这是学生被动听讲转入主动学习很重要的一步。第五部分基于生本教育理念的初中语文阅读教学案例分析,以苏教版语文课本中朱自清的《背影》和鲁迅的《故乡》为例,分析在实际教学中运用生本教育理念进行阅读教学比以往讲读式教学更为有效。目前生本教育在语文阅读教学中的运用普遍是在小学,在初中的语文阅读教学中运用的还不够广泛,但在实际教学中运用生本理念解决初中语文阅读教学的有效性获得了很好的效果,学生的课外阅读量大大提高,阅读能力得到提升,学生的人文素养也有所增强。所以运用生本教育理念是达到初中语文有效教学的一种很好的方式。

I focus on the validity of Chinese reading teaching based on the concept of life-based education. I will study the effectiveness of the Chinese reading teaching in junior middle school by using the idea of this education, the practical experience of my own teaching, the learning opportunity provided by the school, the literature analysis method, the observation method and so on, in combination with the knowledge of the present education concept, the practical experience of teaching, the observation and learning opportunities provided by the school, the use of the literature analysis method, the observation method and the like. The hope can provide a countermeasure to improve the effectiveness of Chinese reading teaching in junior middle school, and make the students in the weak school realize the fun of learning Chinese reading, and make a contribution to the realization of the new curriculum reform and the real promotion of the students' development. The third part of the study is based on the problems existing in Chinese reading teaching in junior middle school based on the idea of life-based education. Because the Chinese reading teaching is different from the teaching of other subjects, many problems have been encountered in the teaching practice, and these problems are handled correctly. It is the key to the effectiveness of the Chinese reading class. This part mainly discusses the problems existing in the teaching practice and the causes of the formation of these problems. The fourth part is the suggestion of effective teaching in junior middle school based on this idea, and the suggestion of the teacher is to update the idea in time, although the previous teaching mode has good results, the idea of life-based education is more suitable for the long-term development of the students; The students' learning interest is caused by the idea of life-based education, and only the students have the power to study, so that the Chinese reading teaching can be carried out more effectively; the evaluation method of the students can not be single, and the students should be multi-element, and the living conditions of the students are better. The material is very rich, and the teacher can reward the students in various ways, and arouse the students' enthusiasm for learning. The advice to the students is to develop the ability of self-study, and the temptation to learn from the students is too much, and the students must learn to study independently. Otherwise, only the teachers and the parents do not work hard to achieve the effect, and the team will need the participation of each student in the cooperation of the group. The student's own initiative or the help of the group help the organization, so that each student can learn in the class; the pre-sexual operation is different from the previous pre-study operation, so that the student should pay attention to the completion of the presexual operation, which is an important step in the student's passive listening to the active learning. The fifth part is based on the case analysis of Chinese reading teaching in junior middle school, which is based on the idea of life-based education, taking the "back-shadow" and the "hometown of Lu Xun" in the Chinese course of the teaching version of the Chinese language as an example, and analyzing the use of this educational idea in the practical teaching is more effective than the previous teaching-reading teaching. At present, the application of the present education in the Chinese reading teaching is generally in the primary school, and it is not widely used in the Chinese reading teaching of the junior high school, but the application of this idea in the practical teaching has achieved a good effect in solving the validity of the Chinese reading teaching in the junior middle school, The students' reading capacity is greatly improved, the reading ability is improved, and the students' humanistic quality is also enhanced. So it is a good way to use the idea of life-based education to achieve the effective teaching in junior middle school.
