历史学师范生实习备课研究

【摘要】:当前基础教育课程改革日新月异,课堂教学形式多样化,对教师的基本素养、技能随之提高。课堂教学作为整个教育环节的重要组成部分,备课在其中起着基础性的作用。要提升历史教师备课能力,师范生求学期间的实习训练至关重要。本研究在教育教学的理论基础上,通过对某师范大学历史学师范生(2013、2014级)在实习期间的备课教案进行实证研究,并结合一线历史教师备课教案的研究以及课改对历史教师提出的新要求,揭示历史学师范生在实习期间备课的现状,分析师范生备课能力薄弱的原因,并提出提升历史学师范生实习备课能力举措。论文共分为六个部分。第一章绪论阐明了论文的选题依据和意义、研究现状、研究方法和核心概念的界定。第二章从历史学师范生实习备课的重要性和必要性方面,阐述了加强师范生实习备课研究及实践的意义。第三章通过对师范生实习备课的现状的梳理,发现历史学师范生在实习备课环节中存在诸多问题,如历史学师范生对新课改的了解程度低、对备课观念模糊、对实习阶段不够重视、实习备课重形式轻内容、实习备课往往是个人行为和备课内容可操作性低等现状。第四章从高校、实习单位和学生个体三个方面着手,对历史学师范生实习期间备课能力较弱的原因进行了具体的分析,认为高校层面存在高校教学理念相对陈旧、教学课程设置不尽合理和教学教师的差异性问题,实习单位存在实习单位管理不够完善、对实习生的重视程度不高和备课活动机制不足问题,师范生个人方面存在对备课的重视程度低、缺乏备课实践经验和师范生自主学习意识薄弱问题。第五章阐述了提升历史学师范生实习期间备课能力的举措。就高校而言,应该转变教学理念、引进教学专业化教师和完善教育教学课程。实习单位应该完善高校+实习单位的管理制度、明确实习生考核制度和建立合作机制。实习生个人应该提高对备课认识程度、增加备课实践和加强师范生自主意识。第六章对本研究结论作出了总结和进一步研究方向和展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the curriculum reform of basic education is changing with each passing day, the form of classroom teaching is diversified, and the basic literacy and skills of teachers are improved. Classroom teaching, as an important part of the whole educational link, plays a basic role in preparing lessons. In order to improve the ability of history teachers to prepare lessons, it is very important for normal school students to practice during their studies. On the basis of the theory of education and teaching, this study makes an empirical study on the teaching plans of history normal students in a normal university (2013, 2014) during the internship period. Combined with the research of history teachers' lesson preparation and the new requirements put forward by curriculum reform for history teachers, this paper reveals the present situation of history normal students preparing lessons during the practice period, and analyzes the reasons for the weakness of normal school students' ability to prepare lessons. And put forward to improve the history of normal school students practice preparation ability measures. The paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter expounds the basis and significance of the topic selection, the research status, the research methods and the definition of the core concepts. The second chapter expounds the significance of strengthening the research and practice of teaching preparation for normal students from the aspects of the importance and necessity of preparing lessons for normal students in history. In the third chapter, by combing the present situation of the practice preparation of the normal school students, it is found that there are many problems in the practice preparation of the history normal students, such as the low understanding of the new curriculum reform and the vague concept of the course preparation. The practice stage is not paid enough attention to, the practice preparation pays more attention to the form than the content, and the practice preparation is often the present situation of personal behavior and low maneuverability of the preparation content. The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the weak ability of preparing lessons for normal students of history from three aspects: colleges and universities, practice units and individual students, and holds that there are relatively old teaching ideas in colleges and universities. The teaching curriculum is not reasonable and the difference of teaching teachers is not enough, the practice unit management is not perfect, the degree of attention to interns is not high, and the mechanism of lesson preparation activities is insufficient. In the personal aspect of normal school students, there are some problems, such as low attention to lesson preparation, lack of practical experience in lesson preparation and weak sense of autonomous learning of normal school students. The fifth chapter expounds the measures to improve the ability of preparing lessons for the students of history normal school during the practice period. As far as colleges and universities are concerned, we should change the teaching idea, introduce teaching professional teachers and perfect the education and teaching curriculum. The practice unit should perfect the management system of the practice unit in colleges and universities, make clear the examination system of interns and establish the cooperation mechanism. Interns should improve their understanding of lesson preparation, increase the practice of lesson preparation and strengthen the independent consciousness of normal school students. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this study and further research directions and prospects.
