中学语文合作探究课堂中的教师讲述研究

【摘要】：当今世界各国越来越重视文化软实力的提升和教育的发展。教育发展的关键在于教师,教师的教学水平直接影响着教育的质量和发展方向。国家及社会日益重视学生的全面发展、个性化发展,对教师的要求也越来越高,呼唤教师形成个性化的教学风格。教师的讲述是教师知识素养和教学理念的集中体现。本文的研究目的旨在让众多语文教师关注新课程改革背景下语文合作探究课堂中的讲述,自觉追求、积极探索,在日常的教学过程中不断改善自己的教学方式,并结合自身的个性化特点,逐步形成属于自己、适合于学生的讲述风格。富有个性的教学风格,既是教师个性在教学中的自然流露,又是培养学生优良个性的重要手段,教师讲述风格的有效形成有助于让每位学生都能得到进步和发展,更重要的是,它能帮助教师提升教学和工作的幸福感。本文主要分为五个部分,绪论部分对选题的缘由和意义作了介绍,并主要论述了当今合作探究课堂中教师讲述的现状,以及界定了本研究中的中学语文教师讲述风格的概念。第一章主要是以武汉黄陂第六中学为调查对象,展现了当今中学语文教师对课堂讲述的看法以及存在的问题。第二章是在查阅大量书面资料和视频资料的基础上,介绍并分析了四位中学语文特级教师的风格类型,并结合案例阐述了他们讲述风格中存在的优缺点;接着,在第三章中总结了中学语文特级教师的讲述风格形成和发展的规律,也提出了几点教师课堂讲述的技巧;最后,在第四章中总结了中学语文特级教师课堂讲述风格给我们的启示,帮助更多的一线中学语文教师形成自己的讲述风格,实现促进学生发展的最佳教学效果。
[Abstract]:In today's world, more and more attention is paid to the improvement of the soft power of culture and the development of education. The key to the development of education lies in the teacher, the teacher's teaching level directly influences the quality and the development direction of the education. The state and society pay more attention to the overall development of the students, the individual development, the demand for teachers is also higher and higher, and calls for the teacher to form a personalized teaching style. The teacher's teaching is a reflection of the teacher's knowledge literacy and the teaching idea. The purpose of this paper is to make many Chinese teachers pay attention to the teaching of language cooperation in the background of the new curriculum reform, to pursue and actively explore, to constantly improve their teaching methods in the course of daily teaching, and to combine their individual characteristics. It forms itself and is suitable for the student's narrative style. The teaching style of the rich personality is not only the natural flow of the teacher's personality in the teaching, but also the important means of cultivating the students' fine personality. The effective formation of the teacher's teaching style helps to make every student get the progress and the development, and more importantly, It can help teachers improve the well-being of teaching and work. This paper is divided into five parts, the introduction part introduces the reason and meaning of the topic, and mainly discusses the present situation of the teacher's narration in the cooperation inquiry class, and the concept of the middle school Chinese teacher's telling style in this study. The first chapter mainly focuses on the survey of the sixth middle school of Wuhan Yellow River, and presents the views of Chinese teachers in the middle school and the existing problems. The second chapter, on the basis of consulting a lot of written information and video data, introduces and analyzes the style of the four middle school Chinese special-level teachers, and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching style in the case of the case, and then, In the third chapter, the author sums up the law of the formation and development of the teaching style of the middle school Chinese special-grade teacher, and also puts forward some teaching techniques of the teacher's class. Help more first-line middle school Chinese teachers to form their own narrative style, and realize the best teaching effect to promote the development of the students.
