乌鲁木齐市初中生身体素质“课课练”的实验研究

【摘要】:身体素质作为人类生命活动和行为的动力基础,一直以来都是国家和社会高度重视的对象。“少年强则国强。”青少年的体质直接影响着国家的未来和国人人均体质的整体水平。随着足不出户便知天下事的电子时代的高速发展,越来越多的青少年不愿意出门活动或更愿意面对电子设备,青少年体质也随之下降,体育课已然成为能够改善这些问题的必要途径之一。中小学阶段正是青少年身体素质发展的重要时期,抓住这一时期对学生身体素质的培养,能更有效的促进学生的生长和发育、改善和提高学生身体素质。“课课练”教学模式的提出最早是在20世纪80年代,但由于其枯燥的形式和内容,一直不能成为中小学生长期实施的策略。为了更为深刻的对“课课练”进行探究,使“课课练”教学充分渗透到学校体育教学过程中,本文选取乌鲁木齐市第六十八中学(原乌鲁木齐铁路局第一中学)初一(1)班、初一(6)班两个班的学生为实验对象,运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法等,在学校体育课中重拾“课课练”教学模式,探讨这种教学模式对学生体质及心理的影响,为体育教学提供思路和增强学生体质奠定基础。研究结果表明:经过12周的“课课练”体育教学,实验班学生实验后身高、体重没有明显的变化;“课课练”教学能够有效提升学生肺活量水平,实验后实验班男生女生的肺活量出现明显的增长,说明“课课练”教学能够有效提高学生身体机能;实验后实验班男生坐位体前屈成绩出现了小幅度下降,下降幅度不明显;除男生和女生速度素质实验后与对照班相比不具有显著性差异之外,其它各项测试指标均出现较大幅度的提高,主要表现在力量、耐力、爆发力等方面;“课课练”在增强学生体质和自主学习能力的同时,也增加了学生的自信心,增加了学生对体育课的参与程度,增强了学生对体育课的喜爱程度,学生的自我满足感、自我认同感也有所提高;较常规体育课教学而言“课课练”在一定程度上提升了教学的预期目标,说明“课课练”依然是解决学生身体素质下降的有效手段之一。

With the high-speed development of the electronic age of the world, more and more young people do not want to go out or are more willing to face the electronic equipment, and the physique of the young people is also reduced, and the physical education course has become one of the necessary ways to improve these problems. The primary and secondary school stage is the important period of the development of the physical quality of the young people, and the training of the students' physical quality during the period can more effectively promote the growth and development of the students, and improve and improve the physical quality of the students. The introduction of the "class practice" teaching mode is the first in the 1980s, but because of its boring form and content, it has been unable to become a long-term strategy of the primary and middle school students. In order to study the "class practice" more deeply, the "class practice" teaching is fully permeated into the course of school physical education, and the first one (1) shift of the first middle school of Urumqi (the first middle school of the former Urumqi Railway Bureau) is selected. The students of the two classes of the first (6) class are the experimental subjects, and the "class practice" teaching mode is recovered in the physical education of the school by using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and so on, and the effect of this teaching mode on the students' physical and mental state is discussed. It lays the foundation for the teaching of physical education and the strengthening of the students' constitution. The results of the study show that after 12 weeks of "class practice" physical education, the height and body weight of the students in the experimental class are not changed obviously; the "class practice" teaching can effectively improve the vital capacity of the students, and the vital capacity of the male and female students in the experimental class is obviously increased after the experiment, The results show that the "class practice" teaching can effectively improve the physical function of the students; after the experiment, the front-bending scores of the male and female students in the experimental group have decreased and the descending range is not obvious; in addition to the test of the speed of the male and female students, there is no significant difference compared with the control class, All other test indicators have been greatly improved, mainly in the aspects of strength, endurance, explosive force, etc. The "class practice" also increases the student's self-confidence while enhancing the students' physical and self-learning ability, and increases the degree of participation of the students in the physical education class, The improvement of the degree of the students' love to the physical education, the self-satisfaction of the students and the improvement of the self-identity; in the case of the traditional PE teaching, the "class practice" has promoted the expected goal of the teaching to a certain extent, The paper indicates that the "class practice" still is one of the effective means to solve the decline of the physical quality of the students.
