中小学教师资格考试面试的公平性研究

【摘要】:素质教育的不断推进与深化,衍生出对于教师队伍素质的提高的迫切需求。作为我国教师资格制度的重要组成部分,教师资格考试制度正发挥着极为重要的作用。能否通过中小学教师资格考试成为教师行业的“敲门砖”。而着重考查新教师基本素养和教育教学实践能力的中小学教师资格考试的面试环节,经过不断的调整与变化,正逐步完善。本研究立足当前我国中小学教师资格考试面试的现状,基于公平性的角度,依次分析面试内容、面试环节、面试组织实施和面试考官四个方面,指明了中小学教师资格考试中存在的不公平性现象,剖析了不公平现象后的原因。本研究最后指出,只有不断严格中小学教师资格考试面试环节,设法提高面试的公平性,才能更好地保证教师资格考试的发展,保障教师队伍的质量,使我国的教育事业更加蓬勃的发展。本研究围绕中小学教师资格考试中面试公平性的可能影响因素,从面试的内容、面试的环节、面试的组织与面试考官四个方面实施调研,进行研究。论文共分为四部分,分别是绪论、文献综述、中小学教师资格考试面试公平性的实践调查及分析、增强教师资格考试公平性的对策和构想。第一部分阐述了研究的背景、研究的意义、研究的内容以及研究的设计与方法,重点梳理了当前我国中小学教师资格制度和教师资格考考试以及面试的历史发展,并对面试的内容和流程进行了简单介绍。第二部分针对目前我国在教师资格考试、面试方面及考试公平性的相关研究进行总结概括以及研究述评。第三部分主要是对我国中小学教师资格考试面试的相关公平性问题展开调研分析。依次针对面试内容、面试环节、面试组织实施和面试考官四个方面可能出现的不公平现象设计问题,从主观公平性的评价角度对考生与考官分别展开问卷调查,并根据不同的考生类别与考官类别,就问卷中的相关选项进行访谈与讨论,总结存在的问题并对不公平现象的原因进行分析。第四部分主要是基于我国当前的中小学教师资格考试中面试的现状,针对问题的原因提出相应提高教师资格考试公平性的对策和构想。本研究的主要结论是:现有的中小学教师资格考试在整体上已经做到了相对公平,能满足大部分考生的考试诉求。但仍在一定程度上存在不公平现象:试讲题目难度不一导致的考生机会不公平;面试环节与面试组织不够严谨规范导致的过程不公平以及由于考官培训不到位导致的结果不公平。针对以上的不公平现象,可以通过完善相关制度,加强宣传引导并加大技术投入提高科学化水平进行相应的缓解与改善。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion and deepening of quality education, there is an urgent need for the improvement of the quality of teachers. As an important part of the teacher qualification system in our country, the teacher qualification examination system is playing a very important role. Whether or not to pass the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination has become a stepping stone in the teacher industry. The interview link of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination, which focuses on the basic literacy of new teachers and the practical ability of education and teaching, is being gradually improved through continuous adjustment and change. Based on the current situation of qualification examination interview for primary and secondary school teachers in our country, based on the perspective of fairness, this study analyzes the interview content, interview link, interview organization and interview examiner in turn. This paper points out the unfair phenomenon in the qualification examination of primary and secondary school teachers, and analyzes the causes after the unfair phenomenon. At the end of this study, it is pointed out that only by continuously tightening the interview links of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination and trying to improve the fairness of the interview can we better ensure the development of teacher qualification examination and ensure the quality of teachers. Make the education of our country more vigorous development. This study focuses on the possible influencing factors of interview fairness in primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination, and carries on the research from four aspects: the content of interview, the link of interview, the organization of interview and the interviewer. The paper is divided into four parts: introduction, literature review, practical investigation and analysis of the fairness of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination interview, and the countermeasures and ideas to enhance the fairness of teacher qualification examination. The first part expounds the background of the study, the significance of the study, the content of the study and the design and method of the study, focusing on the current primary and secondary school teacher qualification system and the historical development of the teacher qualification examination and interview in our country. The content and process of the interview are briefly introduced. The second part summarizes and reviews the related research on teacher qualification examination, interview and examination fairness in our country. The third part mainly investigates and analyzes the fairness of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination interview in our country. In turn, according to the interview content, interview link, interview organization implementation and interview examiner four aspects may appear unfair phenomenon design question, from the subjective fairness evaluation angle to the examinee and the examiner respectively carries on the questionnaire survey. According to different categories of examinees and examiners, the relevant options in the questionnaire are interviewed and discussed, the existing problems are summarized and the causes of unfair phenomena are analyzed. The fourth part is mainly based on the current situation of interview in primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination in our country, and puts forward the countermeasures and ideas to improve the fairness of teacher qualification examination according to the causes of the problems. The main conclusion of this study is that the existing primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination has been relatively fair as a whole, and can meet the examination demands of most candidates. However, to a certain extent, there is still an unfair phenomenon: the difficulty of the trial questions leads to the unfair opportunities of the examinees; The process of interview and interview organization is not fair enough, and the result is unfair due to the lack of training of examiners. In view of the above unfair phenomena, we can alleviate and improve it by perfecting the relevant system, strengthening the propaganda and guidance, and increasing the technical investment to improve the scientific level.
