武汉市中学生动商现状与培育路径研究

【摘要】:动商是指个体的综合运动商数,反映的是人克服自身和客观事物进行运动,挖掘、发挥运动天赋和潜能的能力水平。当前,人们生活水平逐渐提高,但中学生体质水平却令人担忧。在党的十八届三中全会上通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》中提出“重视体育课,强化青少年体质,促进青少年全面发展”。此《决定》,反映了党和国家对增强学生体质,提高学生动商的期盼。中学生群体是祖国的未来和民族的希望,是社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,同时,中学时期是人发展的关键时期,其各方面素质在此时期内发展迅速。动商理念的提出对提高中学生身体素质、发展中学生运动潜能具有重要意义。动商理念的提出时间并不长,但在提出后就引起了人们的广泛关注,同时引起学界的广泛讨论。对动商的研究也逐渐从理论研究向应用研究扩展。其中在2015年国家社科基金立项项目中出现了以动商理论构建和量表编制为方向的课题。动商作为中国人提出的一个新理念,开始进入国家层面的研究领域。本文也是基于此,运用文献资料法、数理统计法、调查法等方法,从实践出发,通过对武汉市中学生运动素质、身体机能和运动心理的调查测试,结合动商测评体系和测试量表,分析当前武汉市中学生动商水平,并探讨影响中学生动商水平的因素以及提升中学生动商水平的路径。研究结果如下:1.从武汉市中学生动商指标测量结果看,男女生得分平均值相差不大,但普遍较低。男生运动素质得分平均值为18.04,女生为17.95;男生运动心理得分平均值为14.7,女生为14.4;男生身体机能得分平均值为10.12,女生为10.3。2.武汉市中学生动商水平整体处于良好、正常及中下等级。有21%的学生处于良好及以上水平,有45%的学生处于正常水平,有34%的学生处于中下及较低水平。3.中学生动商水平是影响中学生全面发展的重要方面,学校的教学观念、设施环境,自身的锻炼意愿和锻炼习惯,社会的体制机制以及家庭观念、生活方式等都会对中学生动商水平产生影响。4.中学生动商培育的路径分为学校路径、自身路径、家庭路径和社会路径。学校要构建学生动商培育主阵地,加深学生对动商理念的认知,提高教师动商素质,改变体育课的尴尬状况同时要注重学校运动氛围的形成。学生要发挥自身内部动力作用,增强动商提升意识,注重体育行为的改变,掌握动商提升的方法。家庭要为学生动商培育提供直接支持,多鼓励孩子进行运动,多带领孩子参加体育活动,同时为孩子提供必要的运动条件。社会要为中学生动商培育提供外部保障,加强对动商理念的宣传,提升体育在教育系统中的地位,建立合理的学校体育评价机制。
[Abstract]:Dynamic quotient refers to the comprehensive sports quotient of the individual, which reflects the ability level of human beings to overcome their own and objective things to move, excavate and give full play to their athletic talent and potential. At present, people's living standards are gradually improving, but the physical level of middle school students is worrying. In the decision of the CPC Central Committee on deepening the Reform in an all-round way, adopted at the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, it was put forward that "attach importance to physical education, strengthen the physique of young people and promote the all-round development of young people." This decision reflects the expectations of the Party and the state to strengthen students' physique and improve students' motivation. The group of middle school students is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation, and it is the builder and successor of the socialist cause. At the same time, the middle school period is the key period of human development, and its all aspects of quality develop rapidly in this period. The concept of moving quotient is of great significance to improve the physical quality and develop the sports potential of middle school students. The concept of moving quotient has not been put forward for a long time, but it has aroused widespread concern and discussion in academic circles after it was put forward. The study of dynamic quotient has gradually expanded from theoretical research to applied research. Among them, in 2015, the project of the National Social Science Fund appeared in the direction of the construction of the theory of dynamic quotient and the compilation of the scale. As a new concept put forward by the Chinese people, Mobile Commerce has begun to enter the field of research at the national level. Based on this, this paper uses the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, investigation and so on, starting from the practice, through the investigation and test of the sports quality, physical function and sports psychology of middle school students in Wuhan, combined with the evaluation system of motor quotient and the test scale, analyzes the current level of motor quotient of middle school students in Wuhan, and probes into the factors that affect the level of action quotient of middle school students and the way to improve the level of action quotient of middle school students. The results are as follows: 1. According to the measurement results of motor quotient index of middle school students in Wuhan, the average score of male and female students is not significantly different, but it is generally low. The average score of boys' sports quality was 18.04, that of girls was 17.95, that of boys was 14.7, that of girls was 14.4, that of boys was 10.12, that of girls was 10.3.2%, that of boys was 14.7, that of girls was 14.4, that of boys was 10.12, that of girls was 10.3.2. Wuhan middle school students' moving quotient level as a whole is in good, normal and middle and lower grades. 21% of the students were at a good level or above, 45% of them were at a normal level, and 34% of them were in the lower middle and lower levels. The level of moving quotient of middle school students is an important aspect that affects the all-round development of middle school students. The teaching concept of the school, the environment of facilities, the willingness and habit of exercising themselves, the system mechanism of society, the concept of family and the way of life all have an impact on the level of motivation and quotient of middle school students. The path of moving quotient cultivation of middle school students is divided into school path, own path, family path and social path. The school should construct the main position of students' motivation to cultivate, deepen students' understanding of the concept of moving quotient, improve the quality of teachers, change the awkward situation of physical education class, and pay attention to the formation of school sports atmosphere at the same time. Students should give full play to their own internal dynamic role, strengthen the awareness of moving quotient, pay attention to the change of sports behavior, and master the methods of improving dynamic quotient. Families should provide direct support for the cultivation of students, encourage children to exercise, lead children to participate in sports activities, and provide children with the necessary sports conditions. The society should provide external guarantee for the cultivation of middle school students, strengthen the propaganda of the concept of moving quotient, enhance the position of physical education in the education system, and establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism of school physical education.
