生命事业问卷编制及对高中生志愿填报的启示与运用

【摘要】:随着近两年高考制度改革,新改革的高考政策对志愿填报也进行了微调,《2017年高考改革方案》规定志愿填报采取考前填报的方式,相对于以往高考后根据分数填志愿,采取考前填报志愿给高中生尤其是高三学生带来了很大的压力。而关于志愿填报有很多的测验测评工具,但收集文献整理发现大部分测评量表都是以兴趣、能力、性格几个维度来进行测评,通过调查得出高中生在选择志愿时考虑的因素是复杂多样的,因此,本文希望通过问卷调查编制出一项包含多维度结构的问卷——生命事业问卷,并结合霍兰德职业性向测试作为高中生志愿填报指导的测评工具,指导高中生选择专业填报志愿。本文通过问卷调查法,进行了以下三项研究:一是生命事业问卷的编制,二是大学生生命事业发展现状;三是生命事业问卷用于高中生志愿选择指导的个案研究。通过研究得出以下结论:(1)生命事业问卷包括七个维度,分别是人格适合度、兴趣热爱度、能力擅长度、事业与财富、关系与健康、道路与团队、使命与意义。通过探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析表明问卷结构模型较好,具有良好的信度和效度,符合测量学标准,可以作为高中生志愿填报有效测评工具。(2)大学生生命事业发展现状总体水平上处于中等偏上的水平。在是否独生子女、是否班干部、在生源地方面,各维度和总均分均无显著差异;在性别上,仅在道路与团队维度上,存在显著的差异;在年级和学科,各维度存在显著差异。(3)生命事业问卷与职业性向测试可以作为高中生志愿填报的测评工具,并在学校的测评指导中对学生具有明显帮助。

[Abstract]:With the reform of the college entrance examination system in the past two years, the newly reformed college entrance examination policy has also fine-tuned the voluntary filling in. The 2017 College entrance examination Reform Program stipulates that the voluntary filling in the college entrance examination should be filled in before and after the college entrance examination. Compared with the previous college entrance examination, volunteering before the entrance examination has brought great pressure to senior high school students, especially senior high school students. However, there are many test and evaluation tools for voluntary filling, but it is found that most of the scales are evaluated in terms of interest, ability and personality. Through the investigation, it is concluded that the factors considered by senior high school students in choosing volunteerism are complex and diverse. Therefore, this paper hopes to compile a questionnaire containing multi-dimensional structure-life career questionnaire. Combined with Holland Occupational orientation Test as the evaluation tool of senior high school students' voluntary filling guidance, the senior high school students are guided to choose professional filling voluntary. Through the method of questionnaire, this paper makes the following three studies: one is the compilation of life career questionnaire, the other is the present situation of college students' life career development, and the third is the case study of life career questionnaire used in the voluntary choice guidance of senior high school students. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the life and career questionnaire includes seven dimensions, namely, personality fitness, interest love, ability length, career and wealth, relationship and health, road and team, mission and significance. Through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis shows that the questionnaire structure model is good, has good reliability and validity, accords with the measurement standard, and can be used as an effective evaluation tool for senior high school students to fill in voluntarily. (2) the overall level of college students' life career development is in the upper and middle level. In terms of whether the only child is the only child, whether the class cadres are not, there is no significant difference in each dimension and the total average score; in gender, only in the road and team dimension, there are significant differences; in grade and subject, there are significant differences in each dimension. (3) Life career questionnaire and occupational orientation test can be used as evaluation tools for senior high school students, and are of great help to students in the evaluation and guidance of the school.
