胜利油田成本控制精细化管理研究

【摘要】:石油产业是我国重要的能源产业,是支持国民经济命脉的产业。面对越来越激烈的竞争,我国油田企业必须做好成本控制,以增加企业经济效益,增强国际市场竞争力。近年来,随着企业管理理论的不断发展,在企业成本控制方面,,精细化管理理论在国际上日趋成熟,一系列各具特色的精细化管理模式破土而出,发达国家的企业管理迈上了一个新台阶,由此推动了企业生产经营成本的下降及其经济效益的提高,企业国际竞争力及其可持续发展得到了保障。在此背景下,胜利油田也进行了精细化管理的尝试。本文通过对精细化管理的内涵与特征的分析,以胜利油田为研究对象,揭示了粗放式成本管理的危害、胜利油田实施精细化成本管理的具体做法、主要经验及其现存的主要问题与漏洞,并从思想认识、制度建设、信息系统、成本预算等方面分析了影响胜利油田成本控制的主要因素。在此基础上,以企业可持续发展为原则、提高企业经济效益为核心,针对胜利油田成本控制中现存的主要问题,从培养员工成本精细化管理意识、加强精细化成本管理的制度建设、实施标准化管理、完善信息系统以及推进管理创新等方面提出了精细管理条件下及其胜利油田成本控制的主要对策。
[Abstract]:The petroleum industry is an important energy industry in China and an industry that supports the lifeblood of the national economy. In the face of more and more fierce competition, Chinese oil field enterprises must do a good job of cost control in order to increase the economic benefits of the enterprises. In recent years, with the continuous development of enterprise management theory, in the aspect of enterprise cost control, the theory of fine management has become more and more mature in the world, and a series of fine management models with different characteristics have come out. The management of enterprises in developed countries has advanced to a new level, which has promoted the decline of production and operation costs and the improvement of economic benefits, and the international competitiveness of enterprises and their sustainable development have been guaranteed. Through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of fine management, taking Shengli Oilfield as the research object, this paper reveals the harm of extensive cost management. The concrete practice, main experience and existing major problems and loopholes of implementing refined cost management in Shengli Oilfield, and from the perspective of ideology, system construction, information system, This paper analyzes the main factors influencing the cost control of Shengli Oilfield from the aspects of cost budget and so on. On this basis, taking the sustainable development of the enterprise as the principle and improving the economic benefit of the enterprise as the core, the paper aims at the main problems existing in the cost control of Shengli Oilfield. From the aspects of training the consciousness of fine management of staff cost, strengthening the system construction of fine cost management, implementing standardized management, In the aspects of perfecting information system and promoting management innovation, the main countermeasures of cost control in Shengli Oilfield under the condition of fine management are put forward.
