YT医院门诊导诊系统建设项目成本管理问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着社会发展、生活水平提高和医疗体制改革,YT医院引入了先进的医疗设备和高级人才,医疗水平越来越高,吸引了更多的患者。医院的门诊量年年攀升,许多问题也随之而来,比如门诊就诊流程复杂,就诊环境混乱嘈杂等,埋下医患冲突的隐患。为了人营造一个宽松、安全、相对隐私的就医环境,,降低医院成本费用,YT医院引进了符合现代医院需求的门诊导诊系统;并采用项目成本管理方法,对项目的费用进行控制。项目成本管理是使完成此项目所需的所有资源,控制在预算或可接受范围内。对YT医院门诊导诊系统建设项目成本管理问题进行研究,对医院今后引进医疗项目进行项目成本管理有一定的指导意义。 YT医院门诊导诊系统建设项目是一个定综合性的工程项目。本文主要依据该项目报告期的成本费用,使用项目成本管理基本方法,对该项目成本管理进行挣值绩效分析。结合分析结果,研究YT医院门诊导诊系统建设项目成本管理中各阶段出现的问题。最后,针对分析研究出来的问题,提出各个阶段成本管理的优化措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of society, the improvement of living standard and the reform of medical system, YT Hospital has introduced advanced medical equipment and advanced talents. The level of medical treatment is getting higher and higher, attracting more patients. Many problems followed, such as the complexity of the outpatient consultation process, the confusion and noise of the consultation environment, and so on, which buried the hidden dangers of the doctor-patient conflict. In order to create a relaxed, safe and relatively private medical environment for people, To reduce the cost of the hospital, YT Hospital has introduced the outpatient consultation system which meets the needs of the modern hospital, and has adopted the project cost management method to control the cost of the project. The project cost management is all the resources needed to complete the project. The study on the cost management of the construction project of the outpatient guided diagnosis system in YT Hospital has certain guiding significance for the project cost management of the medical project in the future. The construction project of outpatient guided diagnosis system in YT Hospital is a definite and comprehensive project. Based on the cost cost in the reporting period of the project, the basic method of project cost management is used in this paper. This paper analyzes the earned value performance of the project cost management. Combined with the analysis results, it studies the problems in each stage of the cost management in the construction of outpatient consultation system in YT hospital. Finally, aiming at the problems from the analysis and research, The optimization measures of cost management in each stage are put forward.
