冀北电力公司基于供应链一体化的物流成本管理研究

【摘要】:电力行业是关系国计民生的重要基础产业和公用事业,电力既是生活资料也是生产资料。安全、稳定和充足的电力供应,是国民经济健康稳定、持续快速发展的重要前提条件。近年来,随着电力投资的迅猛增长和大批电源项目陆续投产,我国企业对固定资产投资和各类工程项目建设实现了历史性跨越,进而引发了大规模的电力物资需求,对电力物流管理提出了新的挑战。无论是从增供扩销,提高企业生存能力考虑,还是从实现企业利润最大化,增强企业发展能力考虑,都要求各电力公司有效控制物流成本。因此,深化物资集约化管理、提高物资管理效率和物资供应保障能力成为各电力行业提升核心竞争力的关键因素。 本文以冀北电力公司为研究对象,在界定供应链、供应链一体化、物流成本及物流成本管理的方法和原则基础上,从组织架构和现行成本管理办法角度,系统研究了冀北电力公司物流成本管理现状,并剖析其管理模式存在的问题。最后,以供应链一体化为指导思想,分别从采购链条、运输链条、仓储链条和其他成本管理链条对公司电力物流管理的组织机构和模型进行重新设计,并进一步整合物资供应四个链条的管理流程,以期为提高电力物资管理效率和效益,降低物流成本提供方向和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is an important basic industry and public utility related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Electricity is not only the means of livelihood but also the means of production. Safe, stable and sufficient power supply is an important prerequisite for the healthy, stable and sustained rapid development of the national economy. In recent years, with the rapid growth of power investment and a large number of power supply projects have been put into production, Chinese enterprises have achieved a historic leap in fixed assets investment and construction of various engineering projects, which has led to large-scale demand for power supplies. It puts forward a new challenge to the management of electric power logistics. Whether from the consideration of increasing supply and marketing, improving the survival ability of the enterprise, or realizing the profit maximization and enhancing the development ability of the enterprise, all the power companies are required to control the logistics cost effectively. Therefore, deepening the intensive management of materials, improving the efficiency of material management and the ability of material supply and support become the key factors to enhance the core competitiveness of the power industry. On the basis of defining the methods and principles of supply chain, supply chain integration, logistics cost and logistics cost management, this paper takes Hebei Electric Power Company as the research object, from the angle of organizational structure and current cost management method. The present situation of logistics cost management in Hebei Electric Power Company is systematically studied, and the problems in its management mode are analyzed. Finally, the paper redesigns the organization and model of power logistics management from purchasing chain, transportation chain, warehousing chain and other cost management chain. And further integrate the management flow of the four chains of material supply in order to provide direction and reference for improving the efficiency and benefit of the management of electric power materials and reducing the logistics cost.
