【摘要】：随着全球的经济一体化和网络经济的迅速发展,企业的竞争就将面临国际大市场的冲击,先进的管理水平有利于企业在竞争的浪潮中稳步前行。企业物流成本控制能力的优劣,将直接左右企业的成本管理水平,从而影响产品的市场竞争能力。许多优秀的企业和上市公司,已经着力于把物流成本控制作为增强企业竞争力的重要方法,所以他们也在不断地为物流成本控制优化披荆斩棘。A铜业公司在地方经济中占有重要地位,但由于铜业竞争激烈、利润率低,在各个环节尤其是物流环节需要深入探索,构建物流成本控制系统并使之高效率的运作,制订物流成本控制规划,确立物流成本控制战略,确定物流成本的管理措施来改善物流流程,降低物流成本,提高公司效益,增强A铜业公司的竞争能力。
[Abstract]:With the global economic integration and the rapid development of the network economy, the competition of enterprises will face the impact of the international market, advanced management level is conducive to the steady progress of enterprises in the wave of competition. The quality of enterprise logistics cost control ability will directly affect the cost management level of enterprises, thus affecting the market competitiveness of products. Many outstanding enterprises and listed companies have focused on logistics cost control as an important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. So they are also constantly optimizing logistics cost control. A Copper Company occupies an important position in the local economy. However, because of the fierce competition in the copper industry and the low profit margin, it is necessary to explore deeply in every link, especially in the logistics link. Build logistics cost control system and make it efficient operation, make logistics cost control plan, establish logistics cost control strategy, determine logistics cost management measures to improve logistics process, reduce logistics cost, improve company benefit. Enhance the competitive power of A Copper Company.
