基于超网络SBM模型的邮轮公司效率评价

【摘要】:将邮轮公司效率分为运营阶段效率和销售阶段效率两阶段模型,应用超网络SBM模型评价2005—2014年世界三大邮轮公司——嘉年华邮轮公司、皇家加勒比邮轮公司和云顶香港公司的总效率和分阶段效率.结果表明:2005—2014年,邮轮公司的总效率基本呈上升趋势;销售效率高于运营效率,但运营效率对总效率的影响更大.最后,从投入产出角度对邮轮公司提出相关建议.
[Abstract]:The efficiency of cruise companies is divided into two stages: the operational efficiency and the sales efficiency. Using the supernetwork SBM model, the paper evaluates the world's three largest cruise companies, Carnival Cruise Company, from 2005 to 2014. Total efficiency and phased efficiency of Royal Caribbean Cruise and Yunding Hong Kong. The results show that from 2005 to 2014, the total efficiency of cruise companies is on the rise, the sales efficiency is higher than the operational efficiency, but the operational efficiency has a greater impact on the total efficiency. Finally, from the point of view of input and output, the paper puts forward the relevant suggestions to the cruise company.
