富迪超市进销存管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：现代科技应用普及大大超乎人类想象,从而导致网络的规模、范围得到迅速扩大,高效率的数据处理,管理、通信、计算机科学等理论知识的发展为信息技术的提高提供了基础,同时也为超市信息化提供了理论和技术支持。管理信息系统(Management Information Systems)已深入到各个领域。本进销存管理系统采用B/S模式来实现公司进销存信息管理系统,确保公司内部上下层和各部门之间的信息能够及时有效地流通,进而确保数据一致。后台数据库采用SQL Server 2005进行设计。前台界面采用Sun公司的NetBeans IDE 6.7进行开发。本系统的核心是物流管理,它使用于超市、专卖店甚至虚拟电子商务,根据系统的需求分析,超市应当从人、财、物三个方面对其自身进行管理,对应抽象出来3个子系统:物流管理子系统、财务管理子系统、人员管理子系统,这也是本系统的三个主要功能模块,其中物流子系统包含调拔、分析统计、进货、库存、销售并且为其余两个子系统提供信息服务。整个系统的核心是物流子系统,它扮演着十分重要的角色。同时,系统设置、数据恢复、数据备份也是信息管理系统必不可少的功能模块。基础维护、进货管理、销售管理是本系统开发主要用途。管理以各种单据形式表现。此外,该系统还具有如下特点:首先,采用分类办法来管理企业中的商品。超市对货架商品进行自行编码,编码按大类、中类、小类的形式进行,可以根据大类、中类、小类进行逐层检索。大大的提高了检索以及商品管理的效率。其次,在以往的进销存基础上融入了财务管理。库存管理部分除了对商品数量的统计更新以外,还增加了库存成本的管理。同时将库存管理与销售管理相联系,给利润的计算带来了方便。最后,进一步增强了信息系统的安全性。该系统不仅能让通过身份验证的用户使用系统,而且还可以根据用户的不同身份,分配用户不同的操作,这样系统的安全性和保密性才可以得到保障。

Three subsystems are abstracted: logistics management subsystem, financial management subsystem, personnel management subsystem. These are also the three main functional modules of the system, in which the logistics subsystem includes adjusting, analyzing statistics, purchasing goods, inventory, etc. Sell and provide information services for the remaining two subsystems. The core of the whole system is the logistics subsystem, which plays a very important role. At the same time, system setup, data recovery and data backup are essential function modules of information management system. Basic maintenance, purchase management, sales management is the main purpose of this system development. Management is presented in various forms. In addition, the system also has the following characteristics: first, the use of classification to manage the goods in the enterprise. Supermarket carries on the self-coding to the shelf goods, the code according to the big, the middle class, the small class form carries on, may according to the big class, the middle class, the small class carries on the layer by layer retrieval. It greatly improves the efficiency of retrieval and commodity management. Secondly, in the past on the basis of the purchase, sale and storage into the financial management. The inventory management part not only updates the quantity of goods, but also increases the management of inventory cost. At the same time, the inventory management and sales management are linked to the profit calculation. Finally, the security of the information system is further enhanced.
