水源热泵改造工程成本控制方案研究

【摘要】:21世纪,全球能源问题日渐紧张,如何节约能源、保护环境、开发新能源成为我国乃至世界的大问题。在我国日常供暖形式多为燃油及燃煤式,在这种情形下,水源热泵技术以节能和环保为主要特点的空调系统应运而生,水源热泵技术是完全符合这些要求的新兴空调技术,适用于我国开发新能源的要求,其主要应用于酒店、办公楼、工业厂区等建筑空调加热和制冷。 论文以沈水湾污水处理厂的水源热泵改造项目为基础研究对象。通过案例分析法进行研究,针对沈水湾污水处理厂水源热泵改造工程项目成本管理的现有状况、项目成本控制管理的全过程以及项目成本控制管理所存在的具体问题,提出改进意见,降低整体工程的成本投入。 论文首先通过国内外成本管理的学习,运用现代管理方法对水源热泵改造工程的成本投入进行合理有效的管理、控制,从而形成全面成本管理,即全企业、全员和全过程的管理。同时对水源热泵改造项目的组成因素、关键因素及影响因素等方面也进行了详细的分析解读。通过对成本管理的基本理论的分析,叙述水源热泵改造的基本思路,最后叙述论文的相关核心概念,并进行归纳总结。 论文重点是在实际理论的指导下,对沈水湾污水处理厂水源热泵改造工程进行案例分析,通过图表、比较、文献资料法对水源热泵改造工程成本管理中的具体问题进行详细总结分析,归纳了成本控制管理的实际情况,并详细说明沈水湾水源热泵改造工程成本控制管理方案的设计以及实施过程,包括工程的投标阶段、施工准备阶段、实施阶段的设计过程。 最后,论文对水源热泵改造工程成本管理方案实施效果进行评价,同时提出成本管理的改进措施,总结提出沈水湾污水处理厂水源热泵改造工程成本管理的建议及对策,希望对我国污水处理行业水源热泵改造工程的成本管理有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the global energy problem is becoming increasingly tense. How to save energy, protect the environment and develop new energy has become a major problem in China and the world. In our country, most of the daily heating forms are fuel and coal type. In this case, the water-source heat pump technology, which is mainly characterized by energy saving and environmental protection, comes into being. The water-source heat pump technology is a new air conditioning technology that fully meets these requirements. It is suitable for the development of new energy in our country. It is mainly used in heating and cooling of air conditioning in hotels, office buildings, industrial plants and so on. This paper takes the water source heat pump reconstruction project of Shenshuiwan sewage treatment plant as the basic research object. Based on the case study, this paper aims at the existing situation of cost management of water source heat pump retrofit project, the whole process of project cost control management and the concrete problems existing in project cost control management in Shenshuiwan sewage treatment Plant. Put forward the improvement suggestion, reduce the cost input of the whole project. Firstly, through the study of cost management at home and abroad, the paper uses modern management methods to manage and control the cost input of water source heat pump reconstruction project reasonably and effectively, thus forming the overall cost management, that is, the whole enterprise. Staff and process management. At the same time, the composition factors, key factors and influencing factors of water source heat pump reconstruction project are analyzed and interpreted in detail. Through the analysis of the basic theory of cost management, the basic idea of water source heat pump reconstruction is described. Finally, the related core concepts of the paper are described and summarized. Under the guidance of practical theory, the paper focuses on the case analysis of the water source heat pump reconstruction project of Shenshuiwan sewage treatment plant. This paper summarizes and analyzes in detail the specific problems in the cost management of water source heat pump retrofit project by the method of literature, and sums up the actual situation of cost control management. The design and implementation process of the cost control management scheme of the Shenshuiwan water source heat pump retrofit project are described in detail, including the bidding stage, the construction preparation stage and the design process of the implementation stage. Finally, the paper evaluates the effect of cost management scheme of water source heat pump retrofit project, puts forward the improvement measures of cost management, and summarizes the suggestions and countermeasures of cost management of water source heat pump reconstruction project in Shenshuiwan sewage treatment plant. It is hoped that the cost management of water source heat pump reconstruction project in sewage treatment industry in China will be of some reference value.
