金庄矿仓储库存管理研究

【摘要】:针对近年来煤矿企业生产经营持续低迷,煤炭行业“转方式、调结构”成为主要发展趋势。以煤炭生产为主业的金庄矿是一座中型煤矿,也面临着改善经营管理。金庄矿现有仓库建筑面积为2400m2,仓储库存存在仓库利用率较低、仓库物资堆放不整、拣货效率较低、库存成本过高等问题。因此对存在问题的成因及主要表现进行剖析,提出完善仓储库存成本管理体系的对策,对于实现仓储库存资源物尽其用并高效运行,最大程度降低运营成本和风险,具有重要意义。 本文应用现代仓储库存管理先进理论,针对金庄矿仓储库存存在的四大问题,通过头脑风暴法,提出了解决问题的四大原则,明确了仓储库存控制目标。介绍了利用系统布置设计法,合理利用平面、空间,使库房资源利用进一步合理,库存固定成本相对减少。提出了仓储库存最佳路线图,以ABC库存分析法为重点,设定安全库存量,采取订货量管理方法,使库存资金总额减少,库存变动成本降低。制定了转变仓储库存管理发展方式,配套管理优化仓储库存控制,借助电子商务优化库存控制,利用信息管理平台改进库存管理基本方式等措施,使库存周转率提高,库存成本进一步降低。并提出了逐步建立仓储库存立体自动化仓库,满足仓储库存发展需求。 通过对金庄矿仓储库存的研究,实现了库存控制成本的降低,这也是具体应用的价值所在,同时对于周边煤矿的物资仓储库存管理也具有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the low production and operation of coal mining enterprises in recent years, the main development trend of coal industry is to change the mode and adjust the structure. Jinzhuang Coal Mine is a medium-sized coal mine, which is faced with the improvement of management. The building area of existing warehouse in Jinzhuang Mine is 2400m2. There are some problems such as low utilization ratio of warehouse, improper stacking of warehouse materials, low efficiency of picking goods and high inventory cost. Therefore, the causes and main performance of the existing problems are analyzed, and the countermeasures to improve the inventory cost management system are put forward to achieve the best use of storage inventory resources and efficient operation, and to reduce the operating costs and risks to the greatest extent. It is of great significance. Based on the advanced theory of modern warehouse inventory management and the four problems existing in the storage inventory of Jinzhuang Mine, this paper puts forward four principles to solve the problem by brainstorming method, and clarifies the objectives of storage inventory control. This paper introduces how to use the system layout design method to make rational use of plane and space, which makes the utilization of warehouse resources more reasonable and the fixed cost of inventory relatively reduced. This paper puts forward the best road map of warehousing inventory, focusing on the ABC inventory analysis method, setting up the safe inventory quantity and adopting the method of order quantity management to reduce the total amount of stock funds and reduce the cost of inventory change. Some measures, such as changing the development mode of warehouse inventory management, optimizing warehouse inventory control by supporting management, optimizing inventory control by means of electronic commerce and improving the basic mode of inventory management by using information management platform, are made to improve the inventory turnover rate. Inventory costs are further reduced. It is proposed that the warehouse should be built up step by step to meet the requirements of warehouse inventory development. Through the study of storage inventory in Jinzhuang Mine, the cost of inventory control is reduced, which is also the value of specific application, and also has a certain reference for the material storage inventory management in surrounding coal mines.
