创业导向对加纳小型酒店商业绩效的影响研究

   创业导向是支撑商业绩效的基础之一,它有助于小型企业主拓展业务并实现业绩。在全球酒店业务呈快速上升的趋势下,小型中型酒店因其创业门槛较低而大量涌现,并成为酒店业扩张的重要主导力量。早期关于酒店业的大部分研究文献主要集中于大型酒店,近期以住宿加早餐为特点的小型酒店的研究逐步引起关注。特别是针对发展中国家基于创业导向的小型酒店发展的研究相对较少。此外,学者们忽视了关注提高小型酒店商业绩效的外部和内部影响因素,之前关于创业导向和业务绩效关系的研究结果参差不齐。因此,本研究针对加纳小型酒店业的这一典型问题进行系统研究,以确定和检验那些可以提高商业绩效的相关影响因素。本研究的目的是使用加纳的小型酒店来检验商业导向对商业绩效的影响。此外,还要确定行业力量和企业资源对企业家导向的影响,以影响小型酒店的经营业绩。本研究的重点是小型酒店的商业绩效,以及行业力量和企业资源的适度性,因此在对与此相关的文献综述的基础上构建本研究的概念框架。概念框架是通过模拟企业家导向结构和绩效框架而构建。进一步,本研究采用问卷调查技术收集小型酒店的数据进行定量研究,运用分层抽样方法获得综合样本,使用总共396个完成的问卷测试概念模型,并使用结构方程模型通过多变量统计分析进行分析。研究发现:路径分析结果表明,创业导向与小型酒店的商业绩效存在显著正相关;创新、积极主动、竞争激进和冒险行为等变量和商业绩效之间存在显着的相关性。此外,在对模式进行测试时,发现工业力量和公司的绩效与业务和业务绩效之间的直接关系都是积极而重要的。然而,当这两个变量(即企业家精神和工业力量)相互作用时,交互过程会以较低的负值影响业务绩效。此外,当测试企业资源的交互路径时,发现这种交互路径是负面的,但是具有p值。比较模型的实证结果表明,创业导向对企业绩效产生了积极而显着的影响,同时也影响了行业力量和企业资源对创业导向和商业绩效关系的调节作用。本文研究了创业导向及对商业绩效的影响,其创新点主要体现在以下几方面:首先,根据创业导向的主要特征,并充分考虑企业内部外环境,将行业力量、企业资源引入并拓展了创业导向促进商业绩效的理论框架;第二,结合创业期的阶段性特征,将客户维系作为衡量创业导向的新变量,丰富了创业导向的衡量维度;第三,本文实证研究结论提出创业导向对商业绩效的积极影响,同时也论证了产业力量、企业资源对创业导向和商业绩效关系的调节作用,揭示了创业导向对商业绩效的影响机理。该研究扩展了企业家导向和商业绩效文献,并为小型酒店的学术界和管理者提供了有用的建议。该研究建议酒店运营商和政策制定者都关注利用公司资源和行业力量来改善其业务绩效。
