基于SSM的客户关系管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:旅游业是当今世界发展最快、前景最广的新兴产业之一,是国家政策重点扶植和鼓励发展的产业。OTA(Online Travel Agent,在线旅游代理)的出现将传统的旅行社销售模式放到网络平台上,更加广泛的传递了线路、酒店等信息,使得旅游价格、信息更加透明化,旅游预订突破时间、空间限制,进一步刺激了旅游需求,推动了我国旅游行业的发展。同时,OTA企业通过分销酒店等旅游资源,收取佣金来获得自身盈利。随着在线旅游市场竞争的愈发激烈,OTA企业有必要引入客户关系管理系统来帮助企业更好的整合、管理旅游供应商资源,降低企业运营成本,提高企业运行效率。本文介绍的项目是作者在去哪儿网大住宿事业部实习期间参与设计和开发的实际项目。去哪儿网大住宿事业部的客户关系管理系统集商户信息管理、合同信息管理与审核、销售方案信息管理与审核以及运营等功能为一体,为公司的业务拓展人员提供一个安全、易用、功能齐全的信息平台。系统采用B/S结构进行设计,选用SSM框架开发,主要由系统管理、商机、商户、合同、任务、销售管理、提成管理、编审、通知、数据中心、问题反馈、标签管理12个子系统以及邮件服务、短信服务、消息服务、权限、数据抓取等一系列基础服务构成。本人参与分析、设计和编码实现的子系统共有6个,分别是系统管理子系统、商机子系统、商户子系统、合同子系统、任务子系统、销售管理子系统。其中,商机子系统的主要功能是管理商户的合作请求;商户子系统的主要功能是管理商户联系人、拜访记录等信息;合同子系统的主要功能是管理、审核合同与方案;任务子系统的主要功能是管理销售任务,以执行任务的方式来监管和引导销售人员的日常工作;销售管理子系统的主要功能是从不同的维度统计商户的拜访记录信息,从而发掘有价值的信息;系统管理子系统的主要功能是管理和维护系统中的基础信息。通过系统的使用,使销售人员能更好维护现有的商户资源、更快的发掘潜在的商户资源。同时,加快了合同、方案的审核进程,缩短了产品从发掘到售卖的周期,优化了企业的资源配置,节约了企业的成本。

The main function of the sales management subsystem is to find out the valuable information from different dimensions. The main function of the system management subsystem is to manage and maintain the basic information in the system. Through the use of the system, the salespeople can better maintain the existing business resources, and quickly explore the potential business resources. At the same time. It speeds up the audit process of contracts and schemes shortens the period from discovery to sale optimizes the resource allocation of enterprises and saves the cost of enterprises.
