【摘要】：通过阐释我国物流发展及其经济性,指出现代物流的发展趋势。在此基础上,分析铁路小件货物运输向现代物流发展面临的形势,指出铁路运输实现产业升级和可持续发展必然要向现代物流发展,小件货物运输是铁路发展现代物流的重要领域,铁路小件货物运输向现代物流发展面临着机遇与挑战;提出铁路小件货物运输向现代物流发展的建议:满足客户多元需求,拓展物流增值服务;适应客货分线要求,创新运输组织模式;规划建设物流基地,提高一体化运作能力;加强客户关系管理,发展战略合作伙伴;完善市场开发机制,加强营销绩效考核;加强现场作业管理,努力提高服务质量;加快信息化建设,提高发展水平。
[Abstract]:Through expounding the development and economy of logistics in our country, this paper points out the development trend of modern logistics, and on this basis, analyzes the situation that railway small cargo transportation faces to the development of modern logistics. It is pointed out that railway transportation must develop towards modern logistics in order to realize industrial upgrading and sustainable development, and small cargo transportation is an important field for railway to develop modern logistics. The development of railway small cargo transportation to modern logistics is faced with opportunities and challenges. The paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of railway small cargo transportation to modern logistics: to meet the diverse needs of customers and to expand the value-added logistics services; Adapt to the requirements of passenger and freight lines, and innovate the transportation organization mode; Planning and construction of logistics base to improve the integrated operation capacity; Strengthen customer relationship management and develop strategic partners; Perfect the market development mechanism, strengthen the marketing performance appraisal; Strengthen the field operation management, and strive to improve the quality of service; Speed up the construction of information technology, improve the level of development.
