【摘要】：正什么样的领导才是成功的领导?用一句话来概括,就是使被领导者都有积极性。这个道理人人都懂,但又不易施行。领导者也有竞争者,也有竞争对手乃至"敌人",而且比普通干部群众遇到的竞争更激烈。迷糊起来容易,清醒起来艰难。领导者突出重围,关键在因势利导——把功夫用在发现人才、培养人才、使用人才、输送人才上,围绕大趋势,形成聚合力。
[Abstract]:What kind of leadership is a successful leader? To sum up in one sentence is to make all the leaders have enthusiasm. This principle is understood by everyone, but it is not easy to carry out. Leaders have competitors, competitors and even "enemies". Moreover, the competition encountered by ordinary cadres and the masses is more intense. It is easier to get confused and difficult to wake up. The key for leaders to break through the tight encirclement is to use kung fu to discover, train, and use talented people.
