群决策中指标冲突问题的证据推理决策模型

【摘要】：研究复杂决策过程中多指标冲突下的群决策方法。提出了冲突指标的权重可能分布范围估计证据推理框架,基于方案整体优劣的视角确定了指标权重数值;针对群体决策信息的差异性,建立了决策者权重确定目标规划模型;算例说明了方法的应用步骤和有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the method of group decision making under multi-index conflict in complex decision-making process, and puts forward a reasoning framework for estimating the possible distribution range of weight of conflicting index, and determines the weight value of index based on the view of the whole scheme. According to the difference of group decision information, a decision maker weight determination goal programming model is established, and an example is given to illustrate the application steps and effectiveness of the method.
