伦理型领导力的传递过程研究

【摘要】：基于社会交换、社会学习和调节焦点理论分析了伦理型领导力在组织中的传递过程,在区分伦理型领导力"道德个体"和"道德管理者"两个不同面向影响机制的基础上,建构了一个伦理型领导力传递的并行路径框架;最后,对研究结论进行了讨论并提出了未来研究展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social exchange, social learning and adjustment focus, this paper analyzes the transmission process of ethical leadership in the organization, on the basis of distinguishing two different influencing mechanisms of ethical leadership "moral individual" and "moral manager". A parallel path framework of ethical leadership transfer is constructed. Finally, the research conclusions are discussed and the future research prospects are proposed.
