【摘要】：正把党的十八大确立的宏伟目标与领导干部的工作落实相结合。抓好工作落实是领导干部的基本职责,也是对领导干部工作能力的重要检验。如果工作落实抓得不好,再好的方针、政策也会落空,再伟大的目标也实现不了。党的十八大提出到2020年实现全面建成小康社会,实现国内生产总值和城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番,目标宏伟,任务艰巨。目标的落实需要每一名领导干部树立高度的责任意识和使命意识,不辱使命、不负众望,带领人民群众狠抓落实,把远大目标、奋斗纲领同脚踏实地、埋头苦干紧密结合起来,为党的十八大宏伟目标的实现贡献自己的力量。
