【摘要】:正在同一单位工作,对某项工作有不同意见、不同看法,出现意见分歧在所难免。有了意见分歧,就要想方设法弥补分歧、消除分歧,在消除分歧中统一意见、形成合力、增进团结、密切感情。最怕的就是各持己见、互不相让,使分歧升级,"擦枪走火",最终达到无法挽回的地步。那么,有意见分歧的单位成员在工作中如何才能避免"擦枪走火"呢?转移话题——避免分歧激化一是转移注意力。对于单位成员间在工作上出现的分歧,不论是
