【摘要】：正领导工作千头万绪、艰巨繁杂。为了适应领导工作的复杂性,领导者必须切实把握工作的"度",立足本职岗位,丰富工作形式,放手不放任,到位不越位,关注细节而不局限于细节,实现忙而有序、收放自如的工作目标,不断增强对全局的驾驭力和控制力。一、立足本位,但不存本位意识领导者无论职位高低、权力大小,无一例外,都有与其职位、权力相匹配的职责要求,这是履职尽责的基础,也是领导者之所以成为领导者的先决条件。关于领导者守本分、尽本职的职责要求很多,
