[Abstract]:Positive motivation is an effective means for leaders to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of their subordinates and an important method of leadership. However, motivation is based on the needs of subordinates. Once the subordinates have made no progress in politics, they have nothing to ask for materially.
