“刚柔并济”提升组织领导力

【摘要】：提升领导力,不仅是组织建设的内在需求,也是组织在激烈竞争中成长发展的必然选择。但当前,多数组织的领导力提升仍然较为有限。组织领导力的提升需要从制度建设和人性化管理入手,通过制度建设与情感管理的推进,有效提升领导力。
[Abstract]:Promoting leadership is not only the internal demand of organization construction, but also the inevitable choice of organization growth and development in fierce competition. But at the moment, most organizations still have limited leadership gains. The promotion of organizational leadership needs to start with institutional construction and humanized management, and effectively promote leadership through institutional construction and emotional management.
