““顽固型员工”的管理难题与创新思路

【摘要】：正很多领导者在拥有权力之后和之前的状态截然不同,听不进不同意见,凡是自己想的都认为是正确的,此乃为官之大忌,往往会引起诸多员工的不满,尤其是单位中的“顽固型员工”,更不会甘心听命。“时时不忘求人自辅”是每个领导干部所需要学习的态度,只有时时不忘“求人自辅”,才能抓住时机,笼人有术,成就事业之辉煌。
[Abstract]:Many leaders are in a very different state after they have power and do not listen to different opinions. They think that what they think is correct. This is an official taboo and often causes dissatisfaction among many employees. In particular, the unit's "stubborn employees", but not willing to obey orders. "never forget to seek help from others" is the attitude that every leading cadre needs to learn, and only when he does not forget to "seek assistance from others," can he seize the opportunity, have skill in his cage, and achieve the brilliance of his cause.
