【摘要】：中文科技期刊的学术影响力评价问题与期刊本身、投稿作者、投稿作者所属的科研机构息息相关,是一个绕不开的问题,又由于同行评议的主观性,因此,对其进行定量评价研究有着重要的实际意义。本文利用经典的粗糙集方法、基于优势关系的变精度粗糙集方法,分别对专业数学类核心期刊以及综合性科学技术类高等师范院校期刊进行了量化评价研究。本文第一章简单阐述了对学术期刊进行量化评价的目的、意义,综述了国内外研究概况以及本文的主要研究内容。第二章介绍了本文采用的经典粗糙集方法、基于优势关系的变精度粗糙集方法的基本概念、基本理论。第三章基于等价关系的经典粗糙集决策属性约简算法,利用中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)数据,对2014版北大中文核心期刊中的数学类期刊进行了量化评价。第四章基于优势关系的变精度粗糙集方法,利用中国科技期刊引证报告(扩刊版)数据,对2016年版中国科技核心期刊中的师范类自然科学期刊进行了量化研究。论文最后对全文所做的工作做了总结,提出了进一步研究的问题和下一步的工作设想。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of the academic influence of Chinese sci-tech periodicals is closely related to the journal itself, the contributors and the scientific research institutions to which the contributors belong. It is an inextricable problem, and because of the subjectivity of peer review, therefore, It is of great practical significance to study the quantitative evaluation of it. In this paper, the classical rough set method and the variable precision rough set method based on the advantage relation are used to evaluate the core journals of specialized mathematics and the journals of science and technology colleges and universities respectively. In the first chapter, the purpose and significance of quantitative evaluation of academic journals are briefly described, and the general situation of research at home and abroad and the main research contents of this paper are summarized. In the second chapter, the basic concepts and theories of the classical rough set method and the variable precision rough set method based on the advantage relation are introduced. In chapter 3, based on the classical rough set decision attribute reduction algorithm based on equivalence relation, the mathematical journals in Peking University's 2014 edition of Chinese core journals are quantitatively evaluated by using the citation report (core edition) data of China Science and Technology Journals. In chapter 4, based on the method of variable precision rough set based on advantage relation, the quantitative research on the natural science journals of normal science and technology in 2016 edition of China's core journals of science and technology is carried out by using the data of the citation report of Chinese sci-tech periodicals (expanded edition). Finally, the paper summarizes the work done in the paper, and puts forward the further research problems and the future work plan.
