【摘要】：正战略是老板的,也是大家的,但归根结底是老板的。老板说话管用,是终极决策者,战略便寄托在老板身上。是老板的活儿,别人干不了。不在其位,难以谋其政。当然,执行和实施战略则是大家的事儿,谁也跑不了。一个昏庸的老板,可能不如聪颖的下属有战略头脑和技巧,但这并不是说组织的战略就应该由下属来定,而是说应该由聪明的下属来当老板。下属无论如何能干,不当
