[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) pointed out that the lack of ability is one of the dangers faced by leading cadres. Defuse this kind of danger, further enhance leadership ability, it is the subject that cadre troop construction must face. So, in the current situation, how to improve leadership? This paper discusses the views on improving leadership from the perspective of "character color theory" and "the debate of Orou" in the 2012 US presidential election.
