在国际社会创业中探索或利用机会的创业行为之间的权衡

有关创业与国际社会创业机会探索或利用之间关系的研究大多忽略了文化对创业行为的影响。近年来,跨国创业中的企业和个人从东道国的民族文化角度对创业行为给予了极大的关注。越来越多的文献研究了支持企业家和创业公司在国外建立和发展新企业时对有效和因果行为的相对依赖性的因素。本研究以250家主要来自欧洲、美国、加拿大和亚洲等世界各大洲各个国家的跨国企业为样本进行一系列假设检验,探讨了在文化描述规范的影响下,国际社会创业机会探索与利用的效果与因果之间的权衡。本研究将透过创业行为并探讨这些行为在探索或利用机会上的权衡,来填补机会策略的空白。我们的研究结果有助于企业家根据特定的文化描述规范,选择一种创业行为效果或因果关系,作为探索或利用国际创业机会的更有利策略。
