高职院校办学定位的审思

【摘要】：当前,我国努力发展现代职业教育并致力于建设中国特色职业教育体系。高职教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要构成,承担着多样化人才的培养、技术技能的传承以及就业创业的促进等重要职责,为此,高职院校科学、合理的办学定位成为焦点。本文以高职院校办学定位的根本释义与理论为基础,分析了高职院校办学定位的困惑与纠结,以德国B类高等教育为例,提出了我国高职院校办学定位的基本途径。
[Abstract]:At present, China is striving to develop modern vocational education and to build a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics. Higher vocational education is an important component of the national education system and human resource development, and undertakes the cultivation of diversified talents. The inheritance of technical skills and the promotion of employment entrepreneurship and other important responsibilities, for this reason, the scientific and reasonable orientation of higher vocational colleges become the focus. This paper is based on the basic interpretation and theory of the orientation of higher vocational schools. This paper analyzes on the puzzlement and entanglement of the orientation of higher vocational colleges and puts forward the basic ways of the orientation of higher vocational schools in our country with the example of German B higher education.
