【摘要】:随着我国经济高速发展,流通业组织化程度和现代化程度不断提高。一些先进的经营方式和流通形式快速发展,尤其是电子商务增速飞快,日订单量甚至可以达到十几万单。随着客户、消费者订单的个性化、多样化以及客户服务水平要求的不断提高,配送中心对多样化的单处理时间和效率提出了更快更高的要求。作为物流系统的一个重要节点,配送中心在提升整个物流系统的运行效率和服务水平等方面起着重要作用。作为配送中心订单处理过程中的一个重要环节,拣选作业的作业效率是配送中心整体作业效率的重要指标。为了有效减少拣选作业时间、提高拣选效率,越来越多的仓库或配送中心采用一些辅助拣选设备或者全自动的拣选系统来帮助或者代替人工拣选。相对于传统纯人工拣选,运用辅助拣选设备或者全自动拣选系统显著提高了作业效率、降低了差错率。针对目前市场的需求,论文对以经济性为前提,突破现有拣选模式的局限,研发了一种应用于中小型仓库或配送中心,订单呈现多品种、小批量的辅助人工拣选的系统,为物流企业提高拣选效率,降低运营成本。同时也可以实现AGV货到人拣选模式下的辅助指引拣选。研发光线指引辅助拣选系统,目的是在经济性的前提下实现对配送中心或者仓库中的拣选作业科学管理。该系统应用于配送中心,可以免除人工思考、简化拣选流程,实现“傻瓜式”辅助拣选,节省人力资源。本文研究了基于光线指引的拣选作业流程以及在摘果式、播种式、AGV货到人作业模式下该作业方式的应用,重点研究了光线指引辅助拣选系统实现的拣选理论基础、工作方法与工作流程,并完成了光线指引辅助拣选系统整体结构的分析和软、硬的构建,并以对图书配送中心为例,进行了实际场景的规划,对系统可行性进行验证。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the degree of organization and modernization of circulation industry has been continuously improved. Some advanced business methods and circulation forms have developed rapidly, especially the rapid growth of e-commerce. Daily orders can even reach more than 100, 000 orders. With the customer, consumer orders personalized, diversification and customer service level requirements continue to improve. As an important node of the logistics system, the distribution center has put forward faster and higher requirements for the diversification of single processing time and efficiency. Distribution center plays an important role in improving the operation efficiency and service level of the whole logistics system. It is an important link in the order processing process of the distribution center. The efficiency of sorting is an important indicator of the overall efficiency of the distribution center, in order to effectively reduce the sorting operation time and improve the efficiency of sorting. More and more warehouses or distribution centers use some auxiliary sorting equipment or automatic picking system to help or replace manual picking. The use of auxiliary sorting equipment or automatic picking system significantly improves the efficiency of the operation and reduces the error rate. In view of the current market demand, the paper breaks through the limitations of the existing picking mode on the premise of economy. This paper develops a kind of assistant manual sorting system which can be used in medium and small warehouse or distribution center. It can improve the efficiency of sorting for logistics enterprises. Reduce operating costs. At the same time can also achieve AGV cargo pick mode under the auxiliary guidance picking. Development of light guidance assisted picking system. The purpose of this system is to realize the scientific management of sorting operation in distribution center or warehouse under the premise of economy. This system can avoid manual thinking and simplify the sorting process when it is applied to distribution center. In this paper, the picking process based on light guidance and its application in the mode of picking fruit and seeding AGV are studied. This paper focuses on the theoretical basis, working methods and workflow of the ray-guided assisted picking system, and completes the analysis of the overall structure and the soft and hard construction of the ray-guided assisted picking system. Taking the book distribution center as an example, the actual scene planning is carried out, and the feasibility of the system is verified.
