海量数据时代下企业经营管理的变革

【摘要】：随着我国在2001年加入WTO,人们的生活水平与社会的经济水平得到巨大的提升,各类企业与其他国家同种企业之间拥有更多的合作机会,但是随着互联网技术的不断发展,海量数据逐渐充斥社会各界多种行业领域,新环境"大数据时代"的到来冲击着传统的企业经营管理模式。因此,企业需要革新旧有的管理模式,加大企业数据分析人才的培养,提高对商业数据的分析能力,努力将大数据时代社会高速发展的压力转化为推动自身长期稳定发展的动力。本文将先简要介绍大数据的特点以及企业经营管理过程中所面临的挑战,随后提出相关变革措施以及创新发展点。
[Abstract]:With China's accession to WTOin 2001, people's living standards and social economic level have been greatly improved, all kinds of enterprises and other countries have more opportunities for cooperation with the same kind of enterprises. However, with the continuous development of Internet technology, mass data gradually flooded various sectors of society, the arrival of the new environment "big data era" impact on the traditional business management model. Enterprises need to reform the old management model, increase the training of enterprise data analysis personnel, and improve the analysis ability of business data. This paper will introduce the characteristics of big data and the challenges faced in the process of enterprise management. Then put forward the relevant measures of change and innovation and development points.
