【摘要】：随着网络技术的飞速发展,信息技术也发生了深刻的变革。信息时代给我国的中小型企业带来了机遇的同时也带来了挑战。信息技术作为高新技术手段,在很多领域已得到了广泛应用。在当前信息化技术高速发展的时代,各企业为适应时代潮流,提高企业的经济效率和管理质量,进行现代信息化建设,为企业的管理工作带来新的手段,引起企业管理的新变革。信息技术的发展使传统的管理理念受到冲击,企业进行信息化建设是信息时代的必然要求。信息技术在企业管理领域的应用会引导企业管理的方式、方法的发展到一个新的阶段,进而为企业的经济效益和综合实力的提高提供可能。本文通过对国内外信息化建设研究现状的分析,结合企业信息化的内涵、功能等相关理论,以XX企业为实例,对XX企业信息化建设提出了优化方案设计。在研究过程中主要采用理论研究法和实证研究法相结合的研究方式。在理清XX企业的概况的基础上,对XX企业信息发展现状进行分析,提出存在的问题,分析造成这些问题的具体原因。在XX企业的信息化建设优化方案设计中,在XX企业信息化建设优化方案设计中遵循整体规划、分步实施的原则。将企业信息化建设任务分解为几项工作内容,形成信息化建设工作的框架图,在实施中分步骤进行。对企业信息化内涵的深入理解和企业信息化建设水平的全面分析、准确定位是XX企业信息化建设方案形成的基础。XX企业信息化建设方案的总体目标是通过优化信息系体系结构,形成企业内部信息(intranet)和外部信息(internet)管理相结合,综合了企业的业务管理、人力资源管理、办公平台管理、企业网站信息和微信平台管理、电子商务平台管理等集成、共享、协同的信息化管理平台。为保障XX企业信息化建设的顺利实施,从四个方面提出保障措施。论文结尾对XX企业信息化建设优化方案设计成果进行总结,目前XX企业的信息化建设已经有了明显的效果,企业的整体信息化水平提高,带来了相对应的企业的知名度提高,企业的业务量越来越多。随着企业的发展,企业的信息化建设还将继续进行。
