【摘要】:电力行业是关系着我国国计民生的基础行业之一,从国内推行电力体制革新之后,电力企业的发展环境经历了极大的转变,特别是伴随高学历人才蓬勃涌现,极大地冲击了电力企业。过去的人力资源管理方式已然无法与当前高学历人才需求相适应,所以电力企业如何管理人力资源成了对其成长发展产生关键影响的一个因素。而一线技术员工作为电力企业最基本的人力资源,直接对电力企业安全生产产生影响,是推动电力企业成长的先决基础。换句话说,电力企业的一线员工活动模式会对其安全生产形成重要影响,是推动企业服务趋于优质化的关键因素,是达成企业运营管理目标的基础。所以,探索电力企业一线技术员工激励制度对推动电力企业未来成长是意义非凡的。内蒙古A电力企业现在正处在迅猛发展时期,这无法脱离一线技术员工始终坚持奋斗的热情,然而该企业一线技术员工激励制度不完善对企业造成了一定的经济损失。正因为此,本文将内蒙古A电力企业一线技术员工激励制度视为研究的核心问题,对企业一线技术员工激励制度中产生的问题展开研究,且指出优化策略,希望对其一线技术员工的激励达到改进的效果,为该企业管理人力资源提供指导性建议与意见。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is one of the basic industries related to the national economy and the people's livelihood of our country. After carrying out the reform of the electric power system in China, the development environment of the electric power enterprises has undergone great changes, especially along with the vigorous emergence of highly educated talents. The past human resource management has been unable to adapt to the current demand for highly educated talents. Therefore, how to manage human resources has become a key factor to the growth and development of electric power enterprises, and front-line technician work is the most basic human resources of power enterprises. The direct impact on the safety of production in power enterprises is the first step to promote the growth of power enterprises. In other words, the activity mode of front-line employees in power enterprises will have an important impact on the safety of production. It is the key factor to promote the quality of enterprise service and the foundation to achieve the goal of enterprise operation and management. It is of great significance to explore the first-line technical staff incentive system for electric power enterprises to promote the future growth of power enterprises. Inner Mongolia A power enterprises are now in a period of rapid development. This can not break away from the first-line technical staff always adhere to the enthusiasm of struggle, but the enterprise first-line technical staff incentive system is not perfect to the enterprise caused a certain economic loss, which is precisely because of this. This paper regards the incentive system of front-line technical staff in A power enterprise in Inner Mongolia as the core of the research, studies the problems arising in the incentive system of front-line technical staff, and points out the optimization strategy. The author hopes to improve the motivation of technical staff and provide guidance and advice for the management of human resources in the enterprise.
