国有军工企业知识型员工业绩评价模型构建及应用

【摘要】:知识型员工是企业的核心竞争力,是企业人力资源管理的重心,而国有大中型企业的员工业绩评价一直存在较大缺陷和较多问题。目前,很多行业都在尝试、应用模糊数学方法来评价员工业绩,但在我国重要的军工企业领域却鲜有应用。本文以某军工企业为示例,用模糊数学方法构建知识型员工业绩评价模型,对国有军工企业人员的业绩评价方法进行了定性和定量分析,从而为我国国有军工企业知识型员工的评价用人机制提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Knowledge workers are the core competitiveness of enterprises, is the focus of human resources management, while the performance evaluation of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises has been large defects and more problems. At present, many industries are trying. The fuzzy mathematics method is used to evaluate the performance of employees, but it is seldom used in the important military enterprises in China. In this paper, a military enterprise is taken as an example to construct the performance evaluation model of knowledge workers by using the fuzzy mathematics method. This paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis on the performance evaluation methods of the personnel of the state-owned military enterprises, thus providing a reference for the evaluation and employment mechanism of the knowledge workers in the state-owned military enterprises in our country.
