整体联动式企业社会工作模式及应用

【摘要】：员工援助计划也称EAP计划,实施员工援助计划的主要目的是为了提高企业的经营效率,促进员工健康发展。当前员工援助计划在我国企业中的应用越来越多,但是我国传统的企业管理模式已经逐渐不能适应当今社会发展的需求。论文主要介绍了员工援助计划的经验,并对整体联动式的企业社会工作模式进行了介绍,提出了联动式企业社会工作模式应用的策略。
[Abstract]:The employee Assistance Program, also known as the EAP Program, is designed to improve the efficiency of the business. To promote the healthy development of employees. At present, the application of employee assistance programs in Chinese enterprises is more and more. However, the traditional enterprise management model has been gradually unable to meet the needs of social development. The paper mainly introduces the experience of employee assistance plan, and introduces the corporate social work model of the overall linkage. Put forward the strategy of the application of the linkage enterprise social work model.
