福建鑫永利工贸有限公司人力资源优化配置研究

【摘要】:21世纪的今天,在全球化、国际化的发展浪潮下,中小企业发展既迎来了大量的发展机遇,也经受着无处不在的竞争压力。人力资源是一种非常重要的战略资源,对企业的发展和壮大具有非常重要的作用。如果人力资源配置得当,可以极大地发挥人的主观能动性和聪明才智,提高工作效率,推动企业快速发展。反之,则不能人尽其才,甚至阻碍企业的发展。文章首先介绍了本文的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究内容、研究意义和研究方法。随后介绍了国内外人力资源优化配置相关理论,主要包括人力资源配置的基本概念、经济学、劳动力市场角度下的人力资源配置理论、人力资源配置的意义和特点、配置原则以及企业进行人力资源优化的好处等理论;文章以福建鑫永利工贸有限公司为研究对象,介绍了该公司的历史、规模,分析了该公司人力资源及管理的整体现状,公司发展面临的人力资源配置状况和使用的问题以及人力资源管理的问题分析。以人力资源的相关理论为指导,通过公司内部各种数据资料、及与各方面交流、调研而搜集的相关材料,发现并找出问题的所在,进而对福建鑫永利工贸有限公司现行的人力资源进行了优化配置和优化设计。最后通过制度建设、管理机制、人员搭配等方面建立一系列保障激励措施,确保人力资源的合理配置与优化能够顺利地进行,提升公司的核心竞争力,做好人力资源的合理规划,建立完善的人力资源规划制度,建立合理的激励机制,调动员工的积极性,提高员工的工作热情,并在公司的运营管理中发挥更多积极的作用。文章提出的优化组织结构、提升生产工人共享率、精简职能管理人员等观点,对鑫永利公司人力资源优化配置具有重要的指导作用。而对类似的中小企业,也具有的一定的借鉴意义和参考作用。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, under the development tide of globalization and internationalization, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises not only ushered in a large number of development opportunities, but also withstood the pressure of competition everywhere. Human resources is a very important strategic resource. It plays a very important role in the development and growth of an enterprise. If the human resources are allocated properly, the subjective initiative and intelligence of human beings can be greatly brought into play, the work efficiency can be improved, and the enterprise can be promoted rapidly. On the other hand, one cannot make the best use of one's talents. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, domestic and foreign research status, research content, research significance and research methods. It mainly includes the basic concept of human resource allocation, economics, the theory of human resource allocation under the angle of labor market, the significance and characteristics of human resource allocation, the principle of human resource allocation and the benefits of enterprise human resource optimization. Taking Fujian Xinyongli Industry and Trade Co., Ltd as the research object, this paper introduces the history and scale of the company, and analyzes the overall situation of the human resources and management of the company. The problems of human resource allocation and utilization in the development of the company, as well as the problems of human resource management. Guided by the relevant theories of human resources, through various data and materials within the company, as well as with various aspects of communication, The related materials collected by investigation and investigation, found and found out the problem, and then carried on the optimized disposition and the optimization design to the present human resources of Fujian Xinyongli Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. Finally, through the system construction, the management mechanism, To set up a series of safeguard and incentive measures to ensure that the rational allocation and optimization of human resources can be carried out smoothly, to enhance the core competitiveness of the company, and to do a good job in the rational planning of human resources. Establishing perfect human resource planning system, establishing reasonable incentive mechanism, arousing the enthusiasm of the staff, improving the enthusiasm of the staff, and playing a more active role in the operation and management of the company. The viewpoints of improving the share rate of production workers and streamlining the function of managers have important guiding role for the optimization of human resources allocation of Xinwangli Company, and also have certain reference significance and reference function for similar small and medium-sized enterprises.
