对《机关联合行文常见问题探析》一文的几点异议——与范铮同志探讨

【摘要】：本文针对《机关联合行文常见问题探析》一文中的几个问题提出了不同看法,认为文中例举的不规范的发文机关简称其实是规范的、发文机关过多影响正文显示不宜只使用主办机关的发文机关标志、省略发文机关名称并不是绝对不可以。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author puts forward different views on several problems in the article "Analysis of Common problems in the Joint Writing of organs", and holds that the short abbreviations of the non-standard issuing organs cited in the paper are actually normative. It is not absolutely impossible to omit the name of the sending agency because too much influence on the body of the sending agency should not only use the sign of the issuing organ of the host organization.
